By far, the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Kiosk isn’t working, about 10 employees just standing around gossiping. Manager was there, seen we were at the counter but did nothing about it. Finally a guy comes over takes our order and was constantly screaming across the restaurant asking if they had what we ordered. My daughters toasted croissant was cold and the butter not melted. Way over staffed and maybe 2/10 actually doing something productive. Extremely lazy workers, probably high school to early college age. No common sense or manners. You would think since so many people have complained about this exact location that they would do something about it. Must be they’re not overly worried about losing customers or revenue. Horrible business practices. I’ll stick the the Appalachian location, or better yet start going to their strong competitor, Starbucks! They know how to take care of their customers there. I can’t say the same for DD anymore.

Not so friendly service, I bought 3 of the new dunking cups plus donuts for kiddos and cashier seemed annoyed about everything!! I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there. And the attitude she had felt the same way lol. Won’t be back to this dunkin ANYTIME soon. still glad I got my cups as I had been searching for them for awhile now. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE

Worst dunkin in the area, absolutely worst. Mobile order walk-in is supposed to make things quicker and easier but it did not. Waited 25 min for 2 out of 3 drinks to come out. 15 more minutes for the 3rd. No manager in site unless employees lied to me. They didn’t even know who owned the building. Not short staffed but they told me drive thru is quicker.

Dunkin’ on Vestal Ave in Binghamton is the absolute worst! Every single time we attempt this Dunkin, it takes over 25 minutes to get our food. Half the time, they don’t have what we’re looking to order, and when they do have it, they burn it! The employees are rude and act like you’re bothering them for even showing up!

Very rude employees! Bad when customers have to d-escalate rude employees that can’t handle their workload. Having someone sit at the drive thru intercom for over 10 minutes and have the nerve to have an attitude. Under staffed is not the customer fault.. unorganized, under staffed, unfriendly, unprofessional morning crew
