I told the wife let’s wait and see to do walk in or drive-through on the app. There was no one in drive-through the place was dead so we ordered on the app at the drive-through and they told us just come in because we’re holding up the line. there was nobody there, so I waited five minutes for them to make my coffee waiting to see if anyone came up to drive through no one did during that time so I had to get out of my car go inside to get the coffee next time don’t order my drive-through. Have a nice day they said.

I order a very common coffee and they never get it right. 5x now they have struggled to get my order accuracy correct. Was b-rated by employees while waiting for my order. Even told to put my phone away because the manager of some sort thought I was recording. It was the worst Dunkin I have ever visited and will never go back. I wish to be contacted by a district manager.

Ok so my fiancé and I went in to get coffee ,and munchkins and the girl behind the counter was obviously having a bad morning you can definitely tell when I told her what I wanted she started aggressively hitting the touchscreen to type my order in and then she huffed long and loud she definitely didn’t hide her attitude towards whatever she was upset by this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her acting this way the other staff has been truly sweet and kind. I told her almond milk no dairy for mine and she puts milk in it then she got called out by one of the workers reminding her she made the wrong order for me and to please fix it she did then slid the drink towards me I said thank you to her as she walked away .

My 2nd time encountering the rude black woman at the drive thru window. I ordered a large iced coffee she handed me a medium. I told her I was sorry but I ordered a large, she huffed rolled her eyes and took my medium coffee poured it into a large and told the man to add more ice to it then had him give it back to me! All with the window open for me to hear it all. Anytime I encounter her she’s so rude and I spend way too much money at dunkin for their employees to be disrespectful. Get better employees that don’t disrespect your customers paying 4$ for a coffee 3 times a day!

I go every week to vestal Dunkin with my friend who has challenges. We were treated so rudely today. The only way to order was at a tablet. I totally understand the employee shortage. I just had a few questions. Like I couldn’t find ice tea and what if you want to pay cash which is how my friend pays so she can learn money. The employee could not be bothered. We were the only inside customers. If she was just kind about it I could live with the inconvenience. Needless to say will not be back.

NASTY! I was there about 5 pm tonight during a snow storm and seen a white male worker with a beard put a sign up on the window by the entry way – they are closing early and then go directly to saran rap donuts in the same gloves! Didn’t wash his hands, didn’t change gloves and was scratching his beard while touching food!!!!! That is so disgusting!

This is the 3rd time employee Sam is rude waiting at the counter waiting to order she acts like its inconvenient that u want to order so she ignores you and acts like she’s to busy to say Hi ill be right with you! 3 times she has made me wait at least 10min this time I just left. Rude employees. I did an on-the-go order for a bagel and a muffin. Never got the muffin. Brought this up to the manager and she apologized and gave me the muffin, however her male employee felt the need to make fun of me for wanting my complete order. His co-worker shushed him and he laughed it off calling me ridiculous. When I brought it up to the manager he jumped into the conversation denying what he did. Everytime I go here its a bad experience. Food burnt, coffee bitter, missing items, etc.
