This particular location “used to be” fantastic. But since the remodeling it has become extremely SLOW. I expect it started with a whole new work force causing this. But spending 15 – 20 minutes waiting in the Drive through line is ridiculous! Fortunately some people give up and drive away before being served. They should no folks don’t have that kind of extra time on the way to work. I HATE going to this one now.

This location is a horrible mess. Most of the employees do not even look at the orders and give out the wrong coffee. I order Decaf coffee and it is always regular. They lack customer service skills or any common sense. All they do is just pour regular coffee. If your there to just get money I recommend finding another job cause I will not be ciming back to this location. I stopped in yesterday and ordered decaf. I watched the person not pay any attention to the order and he poured regular. They were more concerned about screwing around with fellow employees than doing their jobs.

Near my house. Very busy, sometimes they make me wait like 30’ for my food but I can understand. I got a matcha latte today, didn’t smell matcha at all, it was just like very sweet and fatty milk. I think it depends on who makes my drink because it used to be very good. Also, they changed the rewards on the mobile app, I am very sad about that, feel like the new reward doesn’t worth anything.

Longest wait ever. Ordered one egg and cheese on a toasted muffin muffin. Asked for an update at five, 10, 15 minutes. Was told several times the sticker machine wasn’t working but I should be patient. The sandwich warm. The muffin not toasted.

I’ve finally have given up on the front street dunkin! I can’t believe the bad attitude the employees have. Not only do they have zero customer service skills but they are more worried about gossiping amongst each other than they are about getting customers their orders. With the 12-15 people working there at once no one should have to wait for anything ever! I can only hope that the owner of this place takes all of his/her employees and gives them a crash course in customer service because they need it for sure.

Every time I go to dunkin donuts I’m alway disappointed there food is lacking to say the least had there chorizo and egg wrap it was the same taste and texture as a 50cent microwave burrito from the local discount grocery store. Stick to bagels and donuts dunkin
