Seems they cater more to drive thru than people standing in line. They Literally walk by you as if your not there. Not asking for superior service but an acknowledgement and service would be nice. And since when does asking for coffee require state hot or cold… coffee comes one way “Hot”. If I wanted cold would say ice coffee …..

Love DD hot chocolate, but rarely get it because 3 out of 5 times I’m driving away with someone’s coffee. Every time I call to tell them, they ask for me to come back (I’m at work now) or give my name which is what I do. No “sorry for the inconvenience” or “sorry you’re going to taste coffee in your mouth for the whole day”. And lordy if you don’t call them right away or you explain whet happened the next morning because then you get the silent treatment and stink eye from the manager while she’s sizing you up and begrudgingly gives me what I should have had yesterday…I never leave there feeling ok.

I love Dunkin donuts. I Go between them and Starbucks. I Also take my daughter and the child I watch there once a week. Where they are able to get either food or a refresher drink. My daughter likes a plane vehicle or or Glazed donut. The other child likes the the bagel bites it’s and breakfast wraps. They both like the dragon fruit Refresher. Right Now I love the peanut butter cup machiato. I wish it was all Season long.

Literally the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted this morning. So sour and undrinkable, I had to stop at Scottsville Rd Dunkin before getting to work just to get a replacement. There’s was perfect. Idk if it’s bad brewing or old beans, or if it’s not brewed fresh in the morning, but something about the iced coffee between this location and East Rochester, it’s always very sour or bitter tasting regardless of original or sunrise batch. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my food tasted good and the service is always very friendly.

Asked for the brown sugar latte and even though it was on the menu the girl said they don’t make it anymore. She definitely just didn’t know how to make it. I then got just a black cold brew and the drink was lighter than iced tea so much so I could completely see through it. When I asked if it was in fact coffee the girl was so rude said that’s how it always looks and walked away. The other girl working was so nice said that it was not correct and made a new one right away. The girl with the terribly done pink hair needs a serious attitude adjustment.

As a former employee, do NOT eat food from here! No one washes the containers, things are rarely labeled and the entire sandwich station itself had a WORM in the bottom from lack of upkeep. People that work here don’t care about their jobs! It’s why I left. And the general managers only care about having bodies to work for them. It’s worth the extra drive to go to a different Dunkin or just grab something from the gas station- which I would literally trust more for cleanliness/freshness.

Worst dunkin in Fairport, always an issue every time I go. Cold food. Can’t follow special instructions. Toast dark apparently means don’t toast it at all. Coffee inconsistent. Rude employees as well. Manager is super nice but that’s the only thing this location has going for it.
