So let me begin. Its Sunday morning and me and my wife stop to get coffee before church. When I pulled up to the mic I was greeted with attitude and I said I’m here for a mobile order. Said my name person on the Mic says who with a little attitude. Just not used to that attitude at this location. The woman at the window had a nice greeting face passing my things and was so nice, but she was not the one of the mic. But I do choose this location because it’s close to my house and a easy stop and go on my way location. And I don’t even want to talk about how bad my coffee was. Just know I will not be returning to this establishment. At the end of the day it’s just not the same anymore

Good service but that breakfast taco was sad! It tasted fine but it was barely bigger than the palm of my hand and definitely wasn’t worth the $3.50 for one measley taco ($2.99 w/o bacon). This definitely should not have cost more than $2 so wow Dunkin definitely a rip-off!

A Star is Born
This location has gone down hill precipitously in the past year. Very rude staff, that is incompetent as well as lacking in personal hygiene. After going into the store recently after receiving someone else’s order then encountering the rude and hygiene challenged staff, I will never eat here again. Yuck!!!

One of my best experiences at dunking doughnuts. The food was made perfectly as well as our drinks. It was all fast and the staff was super nice. The other 2 in East Irondequoit could take a lesson from this place.

When my daughter and her friend and me went to dunkin drive thru the lady gave us an attitude and didn’t even know what drink I was ordering and when I asked for a dount for my daughter she said we are all out very snotty like and then she didn’t even ask us if we were done with our order. We just left. I think she should learn better manners.
