This Dunkin is a franchise location operated by Indus Hospitality Group and is literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever ordered from. The lack of quality and customer service is so terrible that it’s hilarious. Like others have mentioned, most of the employees they hire lack any initiative and have the “I can’t be bothered” attitude. A common issue this particular Dunkin has are mobile orders. For example, there have been several times I placed an order for a Turkey Sausage Wake Up Wrap and when I arrive to pick it up, I find it’s not even ready. When I ask where’s the order they say they don’t have certain ingredients and didn’t bother to make it. They never offer a refund either claiming it’s impossible to do so when it’s a mobile order. This would never happen at Starbucks where their mobile app actually tracks the ingredient availability at each location and will list an item as unavailable if they don’t have the ingredients or at worst will call you to see if you’d like an alternative or refund. I blame the lack of quality control from Dunkin’s corporate headquarters in enforcing standards with their franchise locations like this one.

I come here three times a week through th me dt and it is insane they take one order at a time. Always under staffed. Employees that show up are nice. But holy hell get someone to help these folks out. Late to work again!! For a mediocre coffee and barely toasted sandwich!!

I knew there was a reason I avoided this dunkin. After sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes for the single car in front of me, I was harassed about my name on the order by the employee at the window before my order was given to me, I then get home to find that part of my order is missing. After calling the store I’m told “we don’t even offer that item here” and was told that I would need to drive back for a refund. After driving back for a refund the first thing I am told is that I could have gotten my refund on the app which I SPECIFICALLY asked if I could do rather than wasting my time driving all the way back.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches through UberEats. The driver contacted me saying THEIR OVENS DIDN’T WORK AT ALL and suggested I get a refund. Despite the extra trouble I had to go through in order to cancel my order, I’m thankful I was able to do so.

Worse service ever. They need more help. They changed me for my food and didn’t give me all of it. Check your bags before you go. The manager was present but wasn’t to worried about the 15 cars in drivethru or the 5 people in line. With a cook and a cashier working. Do better

I go to many of our area Dunkin. This is the way I was handed my coffee. After I wiped some of it off. I placed the coffee in my car cup holder. About 10 minutes later I took a sip and again had to wipe it off, only to find out that the entire cup was leaking all along the seem. Very disappointed in My Dunkin Donuts.
