My daughter just came back from this location this morning, and she said the drive thru cashier had a terrible attitude, and that certain employee never fills the coffee orders correctly. If u drink ur coffee a certain way, u definitely know when all the things u asked for are not added? For some reason, there are more D&D employees who get orders wrong than they do right(it most be an epidemic among fast food restaurants because her in Rochester, ur usually more unsatisfied than u are satisfied) and what’s with them not adding the extra pumps of condiments but remembering to charge u for them, and it’s like they act as if THEY’RE the ones paying for the extras? The purpose of drive thru is so u don’t have to go inside? The rude DT lady also acted as if she had to go way across town to get the drink tray my daughter asked for?

I usually have great service at this Dunkin but today, (6/28/23), it was terrible. I placed my mobile order as usual and I was brought everything individually because they paid zero attention to the order and were focusing on an employee in the background loudly complaining about the schedule. Extremely unprofessional all the way around.

Seems like they never have the chicken and roasted pepper raps or iced caramel latte when we go. When they DO have them there awasome but it seems like they only have them every 3rd or 4th time we go and I just dont get why or how u can run out of something so often…

Love this location! Open until 8pm which is convenient since other locations close earlier in Greece. My fiancé and I went after the gym to get two refreshers last night and we were taken care of by Heaven, the politeness, and friendliness made the trip amazing. She was very thoughtful and sweet! I would suggest this location for your next Dunkin run! Thank you, Heaven for providing us a heavenly experience!

Terrible, I went through the drive-thru. The person serving was rude and acted like I wasn’t even there, then proceeded to hand me my drink and the lid wasn’t even on and it spilled all over me in my vehicle. I politely asked her to give me some napkins and told her the lid wasn’t on, she took it from me and pressed it on and didn’t even say a thing to me. I am tired of this kind of service, I won’t be going back.

Genesis is the most proficient and quickest coffee maker, order taker EVER!!! Stopped in to get an iced coffee, an iced mocha/hazelnut latte and a donut. She was not only taking orders in the drive thru, but also took my order and legit had me out of the store within 3 minutes. Best service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin Donuts! Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves! Thanks Genesis and I hope to goodness I spelled your name right! ✌ ✌ ✌

This location is soooo slow. 20 minutes in line, another 10 sitting to actually place an order. Another 7 at the window. For just a tea. Don’t go there if you have to be anywhere.

I used to like this location but yesterday’s experience was the last straw / I ordered 2 large unsweetened iced teas on the AP – I get to the window and they say “sorry no iced tea – you can have green tea” – this is second time I have experienced this at this location – if they don’t have the item it should not be available to order on the AP. I said I don’t want green tea – I will wait for you to make the black tea – they said no we close in an hour and a half and we would have to throw it all away – so she leaves window and gets someone else to come to window – a new person says same and that I did not ask nicely enough so they were not going to make anything to fulfill the order – so I asked nicely – she comes back with one very watery tea – which was not what I ordered. I proceeded to say that’s not what I ordered and then called the support line (who were extremely helpful) and had my funds put back on the AP – I am not sure how DD can charge over $3.00 for a tea with absolutely no service provided – I go to DD a lot in multiple states – this has absolute worst service anywhere – evidenced by the fact there was absolutely no one in line at the drive through or in the store when I was there – another reason why the two workers could have just done their jobs to fulfill the order.

I just don’t understand how almost Everytime I go here and order NO CHEESE like it clearly states on the order tag but managed to ALWAYS get cheese instead of egg! It’s not like they entered the order wrong! All the person had to do was read the screen or/and tag! This happens almost Everytime I go and while ordering we do mention ” I have a cheese allergy”. Always have to pull over in their parking lot to check the sandwiches before leaving. I’ve worked for Dunkin for 4 years a while back and I can assure you it’s not that hard to read the order screen or tag… How this always happens I can’t fathom.
