AVOID THIS LOCATION. I don’t even know why I go to this location. They mess my order up every time. Avoid this location if possible. It’s unfortunate that this is the only coffee location in the area. Sheets is better than this place. I don’t prefer starbucks but their customer service is 100% better, they try to please the customer versus being an inconvenience to ask someone to their job and the correct way. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I received a sesame seed bagel only one side had cream cheese, the bagel was also burnt, not even edible. I don’t understand what employee would think it’s acceptable to service this. The time before this I ordered a peppermint mocha latte and received a coffee with peppermint syrup in it. These employees do not care about their job or the customers and it shows.

The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of 1 is cuz the food and drinks are good and the girl that corrected all the mistakes was very nice. I order a medium frozen coffee mini bagels and a maple bacon sugar sandwich. Waited 10 minutes before I said anything while my sandwich sat there and got cold so they had to remake it then wanted my mini bagel bites didn’t even get rung up for them. Order everything bagels and told the girl that but still got plain….will not be returning horrible experience and the staff was very unprofessional signing and goofing off maybe they should focus on what they are doing

Arrived1030 sat. Must have been busy because they were low or out of everything. But everything was super fresh. HOWEVER, I MISS THE BETTER SELECTIONS THEY USED TO HAVE OF FILLED DONUTS. I rarely go any more.
