Sat at the drive thru speaker for literally 15 minutes. From 11:58am-12:13pm. We were asked to wait a few times. Once someone finally took our order there were no apologies, no discounts, nothing. Literally no acknowledgment. We drove over here from the south hills because we always considered this to be the better Dunkin. Sorely disappointed. I understand things go wrong and can cause a wait, but there’s no excuse to not acknowledge it.

I frequent this Dunkin but it’s really hit-or-miss. The drinks are usually pretty good but less consistent than at other locations. The prep time for mobile orders and the service varies a lot, but there seems to be a lot of staff turnover and they appear understaffed a lot
