Doing it Hard
The woman working at the pick up counter was atrocious this morning. I was standing in front of. So I am not the employee at the store but I was the one that said hello, thank you, and have a nice day. Customer service needs to be more important at this location! Your customers should not be better at customer service than the employees! Also I need to know that she was not wearing a name tag which makes it very hard to identify bad service I’m wondering if that’s the reason why she wasn’t wearing a name tag. That itself is a problem!

They are the absolute worst. I bought a large regular iced coffee and my stomach aches the past two times that I went there. Terrible coffee at the 300 Curry Hollow Road location as well. I will never go back, I am thoroughly dissatisfied.

I can complain. The staff there are awesome. There are two lovely lady’s that usually serve me and I think the one today who served me looked like a hahaha mask “joker”, so cudos to her and her coworkers today 7/24/20, the donuts where fresh and so fluffy. Not dry or stall tasting. Usually if these two lady’s are not I won’t come because it then becomes a hit or miss on awesome donuts and iced coffee. But all in all I can’t complain, awesome donuts and awesome iced caramel coffee! I have to do another review once I try their breakfast food… okay so I have to update my review here… I got the lovely ladies names that I normally always deal with so I have to give them a shout out! They always have wonderful smiles, great attitude, positive attitude for sure. Even in times of a rush they get that line moving! They must work great together they are my Charlie Angel’s of dunkin! But I call them my gorgeous ladies, but they even treat my puppies with the same attitude and compassion. They have my order always fresh and ready and never miss anything. Always on beat thank you my morning beautiful soul ladies and to the rest of the morning crew, thank you for making my mornings less hectic and more groovy!!! Janice Cathy Renee yenz are awesome!!!

I don’t usually post reviews being a busy parent of three on the go all the time, but I was in the drive-thru and it was a hectic Friday morning (line was very long). Alexis was working the Drive thru and she was just so pleasant and so helpful. My order was taking a little bit of time to make and she made sure that everything came out correctly. And she was able to help me with my daughters with their milk. (They were out of bottled milk so she accommodated me with cups of milk for my two young daughters). I know this time of year customers are often rude and I just wanted to shed some positive light on this wonderful woman and location! I go to this location often and my food is always perfect and delicious!
