I found it interesting that you were told at the counter that they were only allowing you to order drinks or donuts, yet mobile orders were being sent out using the full menu. I went there for hash browns, ended up with two drinks -one tasted just like water and one was missing flavor all together. Refunded and went to Wendy’s. Added to the list of “Nope”.

So incredibly unorganized. The woman working the register was also training someone AND making drinks, even though I counted at least six people working. I ordered a cappuccino, and you would have thought I ordered some complicated coffee request. I almost felt guilty for ordering it, which is ridiculous, as it’s on your menu. Regardless of having a gift card, it’s not worth going back.

It’s hit or miss with this place. Today I got the sweet black pepper bacon, and not a single part of the sandwich was warm. The cheese was not even melted. Like any other fast food, it can be modified, and I get American instead of cheddar. Sometimes they put the wrong cheese on it.

They SERIOUSLY need to retrain all of their employees or something. Everytime I get a drink with light ice now this girl purposely leave the whole top unfilled and still gives that same amount of ice. Half the time their coffee tastes bitter and everytime I get avocado toast from here they don’t toast the bread enough. If you get bagel minis, they’re probably gonna be cold. Everyone moves like insanely slow I feel like I’m watching a scene in a show where they’re in slo mo. One time I was in a rush and I got in there no one was there and I ordered a drink and avocado toast. Simple right? No. They made my drink in like 3 min then made everyone else’s order BEHIND me and then made my avocado toast. I was visibly in a rush. And before handing me my avocado toast this guy says are you okay and I just say yeah and they I pick my food up to leave because mind you, I’m in a rush, and he said you sure? Like can I please just take my untoasted avocado toast that took you literally 15 minutes to make pls?

I think maybe 1% of my orders from this location have been correct. I’ve talked to the district manager months ago and she promised me this issue would be fixed but nothing has changed. It doesn’t matter if you order it at the store or if you use a delivery app, there’s still about a 99% chance they will mess up your order or like today mess up the items you did receive but also completely forget an entire drink. Which makes no sense because they tape the receipt to the bad and to each item in the order. It’s a horrible waste of money to use this location because at this point I can promise you that the management does literally nothing to fix the very abundant issues with the employees. It would really be nice if something would come from all the bad reviews and complaints but management seems to not care about the quality of employees or quality of food given to paying customers.
