I was there yesterday morning, Saturday. Went through the drive thru and the guy was super nice and very kind. Got to the window and the cashier guy was also happy and very nice. Both were probably the nicest I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru! And the coffee was good also!

I delivery for uber and had an order to pick up here. I decided to order a coffee before I grabbed the order and the woman who took my order behind the counter rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for whipped cream in my coffee… I told her if it was to much of a inconvenience she didn’t have to worry about it. She then all together stopped taking my order and walked away mumbling under her breath. I spoke to the manager and she didn’t seem to care much at all the I completely stopped ordering and grabbed my order and went back to work. I have never had such a problem at any other dunkins. Completely disappointed in the service here.

I put in a large Dunkin catering order once a month, every month, and have tried several other Dunkin locations around the city. They were all inconsistent at best, terrible most of the time. But this Dunkin is AWESOME. They have had my order completed and ready, exactly on time, every single time. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this after my awful experiences elsewhere. I’m really here to comment on one employee specifically I believe his name is john/jon (UPDATE) Tom is his name or he usually works at the forest hills location. TOM IS FORSURE ONE OF DUNKINS BEST EMPLOYEES! wherever Tom is you are in great hands. He is a great employee and person and not only that he speeds up the stores service times. Thank you sir for doing your job great everyday the rest of the staff here is good as well. Clean store I would recommend this Dunkin.
