Everytime I come here I order a frozen hot chocolate and they always give me a frozen mocha. I complained once and they looked at me like I was stupid but I order this at every Dunkin I go to ever. Clearly a waste of my time. Don’t understand how hard it is to give someone what they ask for, especially if I’m being very clear lol

I recently ordered a few breakfast meals for me and my coworkers this morning. I placed this order via mobile app and went to pick it up 10 minutes later. Returned to work realizing the sandwiches were ice cold and we were missing an entire meal. My fault for not checking, but upon returning back a person who seemed like the manager helped me out and promised to replace the meals. However, when I received the order from a different person, she gave a snarky remark that I let the food sit too long and thats why it was cold. I don’t understand how in 10 minutes the food wouldve felt like it was fresh from the refrigerator or why I would be missing part of my order. We work a location local to this establishment and I understand the food industry in the morning is hectic, but the shots were uncalled for and I don’t think I will be returning.

There was no one in line when I walked in. Was ignored by multiple workers at the donut case, and management just looked at me coldly. After standing there for a little over a minute with no greeting, or acknowledgement of any kind, I walked out, never to return. The Rodi Rd location nearby, is older, but the workers have always been more attentive, and greet you when you walk in.

One of the workers was so so mean. They accidentally made 2 coffees under my name, I took one and the extra one had been on the counter for a long time, so, I approached that mean girl and I asked her, this coffee was made extra for me and since it has been sitting like that I don’t mind to take it, she answered “No, thank you” and she dumped it. So, which was better, to give it to me or embarrass me and say no and waste an extra cup of coffee?

I placed my order via the DD app and picked up inside. I accidentally ordered hot but I wanted iced. I told the manager preparing the order that I made a mistake. He fixed it with no hesitation and I thanked him several times. This is why DD is the place to be! Good, reasonably priced coffee and great service. #starbuckswho

Jesus hell where do i start. .ordered mobile, get there and pick it up, of course its wrong, ask for cream and im handed the cream so now i get to finish making my order. . Think hm, maybe ill grab some doughnuts. . . After waiting 25 minutes as the second person in line behind some lady and her son who had to have a family meeting after every 5 words its my turn, ask for a half dozen. . I pay, proceed to walk over to pick out my doughnuts. They’re sloppy as hell, and my 6th doughnut im like oh look, a butter pecan doughnut. . Oh there’s an upcharge. . I proceeded to just walk out with 5 of my 6 doughnuts cause im not waiting in line for another hour to pay A 30 CENT UPCHARGE. . Nothing like finding this out after already waiting a half hour. Just avoid this place, go to shop n save across the street and buy the ingredients to make doughnuts and make them at home, you’ll have them quicker than stopping here.

The sweet tea was bitter and tasted spoiled, the sugar was solidified at bottom of cup and could not be mixed. Avocado was on every item in bag and drink.

Today my latte was just a little too cool. Warm, but not hot by any means. Service is always friendly but it does seem like they mess up a lot or run out of stuff too frequently. Tables usually have crumbs and the bathroom sink had obviously not been cleaned in several days.
