I called because creamer was added into my coffee and I cannot have regular milk. The manager was rude and tried to tell me what I had in my drink. I visit this location multiple times a week and order the exact same coffee every time. I never asked for anything free or for a refund. The call was to only inform them of the mistake. The staff are more respectful than the manager. I will not return to this location!

This is the second day in a row my partner and I went to this Dunkin and each day it’s always something different. We ordered two hot coffees this morning and the worker informed us we can’t use our Dunkin App Coupon which was a free anysize hot or iced coffee BUT we used the same coupon we used YESTERDAY for the same two drinks we ordered. We’ll be going to the Monroeville Location from now on.

Not the worst Dunkin I guess but please stop messing up my lattes. I know it sounds petty but some of us just are used to our routines in the morning and 1 thing being off can throw off the rest of the day. Twice in a row I’ve gone to order a hot latte and been given an ice latte instead. The lines get too long to try to hold stuff up just to fix one drink and I don’t like being that customer….but I don’t like ice in my coffee.

Came through the drive-through and sat there for five minutes before even getting waited on. Ordered two caramel iced coffee‘s, when I finally got them they had no caramel in them they were just plain iced coffee‘s. They didn’t even have the sugar that I asked for. At the drive-through window the employee was talking about how another Coworker wasn’t doing their job which is incredibly ironic seeing as though she didn’t do her job.
