After the remodel/reopening I was hopeful. Their Customer Service was better. However when I recently ordered a small Iced Carmel Craze Signature Latte , it was awful! Someone put either burnt or dark roast coffee in my favorite drink. I was so disappointed. Even my husband who likes dark, strong coffee tasted it and ended up pitching it. I also need to mention that when I ordered my Avocado Toast with bacon two weeks ago, the bacon was burnt. As a customer you go through a drive through for efficiency because you’re traveling. So if you go to this Dunkin franchise, check your order before you pull away so you won’t be disappointed.

Everytime i come here in the morning my iced coffee is made wrong and tastes sour. I tell them how much creamer and sweeteners i want in it and its still not drinkable. It tastes old, stale, and rotten. Anytime i go at night my drink is good. This only happens in the mornings.

One of the best places to get coffee around. Once you become a regular they get to know you by name & get your order quickly! Manager is extremely nice as well as the crew. There is a wait sometimes in the evening but I am never in a hurry so I don’t mind a 10 minute wait for my coffee ! My order is almost never made wrong and if it is for any reason they accommodate you and fix it! 🙂

Been trying to buy donuts for the crew for over a year. Only donut shop I’ve ever seen that has absolutely no donuts by 7:00 AM. Seriously , been trying to get a dozen donuts and after 10 stops in a year they’ve yet to have donuts when I get there. Just change the name to Dunkin Coffee, because that’s all you can get there apparently….

Donuts were so hard. Munchkins we’re like golf balls they were so hard. Had no variety out of alot. Prices were too high 12.99 for a dozen. I will use local donut place prices, customer service and donuts are better.. I wanted cinnamon girl said we don’t make cinnamon….really!

We frequent Dunkin quite often. I have nothing negative to share about this visit as the workers were kind on this day, our order was correct, and in addition to my regular ordered items (the egg white and veggie bites are TO DIE FOR FYI!)I tried/ordered a lightly iced coffee with the new Butter cookie flavor and cold brew foam and cookie pieces on top added heavy oatmilk and 3 sugars. Coffee is the only thing I like a little sweet.. I feel like the cookie butter is sweet but not to an extreme. I would TOTALLY recommend trying it!! Also my Mom tried the new toasted white chocolate and swore it was giving off coconut vibes for those who love coconut.

I was the only person inside it took forever to get 2 dozen of donuts and 4 coffees. Then a huge line appeared seemed like they were having problems filling orders. It was 25 minutes before I was able to get out of there. Not somewhere I usually stop but I was trying to get donuts for work all the other customers said that it is usually a mess inside there as far as customer service is concerned. They donuts tasted pretty good I asked the lady for a sweet coffee but they did not taste very good they tasted like a regular bland coffee.

It would be fantastic to go to a coffee shop tell them what you want, and actually get wat you ordered. That is never the case here. Even if you explain every ingredient to them, you will never get a consistent drink. It’s very sad, very very sad, I have to come home from working all day, just to remake my coffee. Great Service Dunkin’! I’m better off making my coffee at home, i will get a perfect cup every time!
