I love dunkin donuts, but I am not a fan of this one. Poor customer service, they have messed up my order multiple times and don’t get a breakfast taco or wrap here because you will be left hungry. They don’t fill them at all. Donuts never taste fresh either or have little icing. Waste of money.

This location has some great employees, but it’s very inconsistent. I can understand a mistake here and there especially with a new employee. But this place I can’t anymore. The last coffee I purchased there was not drinkable. No point in even complaining just done. This franchise needs help.

[MOLD] [MOLD] [MOLD] This place is absolutely disgusting! This is my first time giving a review but I feel that it needs to be shared. I got a job working there and only worked there for 3 weeks cause I’m not going to be involved when someone gets sick. There is mold absolutely everywhere, in the Ice machine badly to the point where bits of mold were in ice cubes that were handed out the window to customers constantly. Night shift never cleaned up and morning shift wasn’t picking up there slack. There is old food in the freezer that’s been on the ground since I got a job there and been there way before I even got hired. There’s no sweeping, no mopping, no wiping down the machines nor the fridges. I filled out a form for Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture for food and safety. The amount of mold I’ve seen can not just happen over night, it’s been sitting there for months!!!!

This Dunkin is on my way to work every morning. While I can’t always stop for coffee and whatever, it’s just so great that this place is here and available when I need a pick-me-up. My work is hard and I have gotten so close to leaving lately, but Sandy has become the person I can rely on seeing when I come through and she is fantastic! She can be a bit scatterbrained at times, but she has such a big heart and always makes sure I leave with what I need. She has a loving and vibrant spirit that carries into my workday. I live about a half hour from here and am honestly more motivated to drive out this way to work every day because she’s here. Call me what you will, but she’s what more coffee shops need these days! This review, really, is for her, period. I would drive out to this place on my day off or even if I stopped working out this way if I knew her smiling face would be there to greet me! Facts.
