I’ve come to this Dunkin a few times and each time it is the same. The staff is miserable and donuts are not fresh. I asked for a small iced coffee with cold foam. They gave me a medium and barely put any cold foam in it. Terrible service and the counters/bathroom were dirty. Please get new manager/staff! Won’t be back do to the rude and unfriendly staff.

I love dunkin and was passing through. I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks, for pickup inside as I had to use the restroom. I waited over 20 minutes for my drinks and they wee only made because I asked the people working for them. Yes there were only 2 people working, but orders should he made as they come in. This dunkin was making drive through orders and people at the counter and letting mobile orders sit.

The people here were nice sometimes, other times not. Every time I’ve ordered here they’ve never failed to mess up my online orders. And they never have any donuts, EVER! They’re coffee always taste old and burnt, and the Avocado toast is always hard and old. The other dunkin in uniontown is honestly SO much better. The staff is sweet and their stuff was fresh. Donuts and all too! And my order was right!

Annoys the hell out of me when a company advertises a “rewards’ program, and after giving them your information you’re left with an empty app on your phone. Stopped at Dunkin drive thru on Saturday on way to Morgantown was 5th car back. It took for every to get close to pick up. Kept seeing. The people handing things back drinks & getting new ones. The car in front of me was handed a box of munchkins & 2 drinks. He gave it all back she gave him all new drinks &a large box of donuts. Now is my turn I have been in line 25 min. The girl is taking an order & goes & gets a box of donuts.. I ask her for my coffee which I see on counter & was ignored. I drove away wasting a 1/2 hr of time. No coffee & no service.

Drinks used to be good… now the come not full and not even mixed right… frozen coffees are now the consistancy of sheetz icey chunk coffee… got it remade and they said “I’m making it they way were told” wages went up but the quality went way down!.. sorry but hoping its turns around sooner then later as I go here every other day.. why is it yours is bitter but the one on Connellsville is exactly how yall used to be….

I loved coming here in the morning a lady mid 30s-40s is sweet as pie. She was so friendly and made you feel all happy about getting some coffee. She had brown hair in a bun. I’m not sure if it is all Dunkins or just the 2 new builds in Uniontown. I feel like they aren’t inviting as a coffee shop. Second I purposely went to this one instead of the other one to have better service. Service wasn’t bad but it was 8:15 am. They almost didn’t have any donuts. I can’t imagine they sold that many in that time. I had to settle for all glaze donuts. My other issue is the donuts are quite small for what they charge. I’m really just over dunkin.
