Bacon is spiced weirdly, gross by itself and they didn’t warn me. The wrap I chose was a bit spicy and they didn’t warn me. The tables were dirty, only 3 tables inside, one was taken by management and those coming for orientation. Small and cramped and frozen before leaving.

It was our first time at this location. We went through the drive thru, if you have a truck or a large vehicle don’t attempt to go through the drive thru the space is super tight. It was a little busy but our drinks and bagel bites were perfect! I also recommend downloading the Dunkin app, you can get free drinks and has a lot of great deals.

Very disrespectful and ignorant staff members at this location. Two times in one week the Manager and staff have been very rude on the evening shift. Firstly, they threaten and hang up the phone on a customer due to them making the drinks wrong numerous times and say, “ they can kick you out” due to a customer asking, “ if they know how to make a drink because if not a refund is wanted”. Needless to say everyone of those drinks were tossed in the garbage as they tasted like garbage!! Secondly, the staff not knowing I myself as family member behind the vehicle at the drive thru of the previous customer who pulled out were making fun, belittling and defaming that customer as I was receiving my order and when they were confronted about their actions and told that a GM Manager would be contacted the manager on duty threw her hands up and stated, “she didn’t care” got very rude and started laughing. It’s absolute disgusting how this branch of employees thinks it’s ok to act and treat others as well as all the mistakes they make in making the orders right.

I was kept waiting for a long time. I was the only one in the restaurant. The lady who was working there was getting cups ready while ignoring me. I did notice a very unhygienic practice. This lady had very long manicured nails which she was sticking inside the cups. She was not wearing gloves. As my intent was to get a cup of coffee, I decided to leave and avoid exposure to one of those cups. I am not a neurotic person, long nails like that are noted for bacteria.

I dont ever complain about places but I ordered a large hot chai in the drive thru, took a drink and it was a cold coffee that was filled half way. It didnt have a slip on it so I personally think I was given an employees left out drink by mistake, which is disgusting. I turned around and went inside to exchange it for what I ordered, and saw only young girls working and goofing around. Left with the new chai, and it was cold and nothing like what it is supposed to be. At this point, I didn’t bother and just threw it away. Im never a Karen but this place definitely needs new management. Reviews are pretty consistent.
