Sat in line for around 5 min. Drove down the street & realized my drink was made with nothing in it. Checked my bag, missing munchkins. Came back waited another 5-10 min, got my drink remade but got told they were out of munchkins. I ask for a choc frosted donut in place & get handed 4 crème filled donuts. To top it all off, I open my sandwich & it’s made wrong. It’s not hard to read stickers. THIS was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at this location. I’ll be going to Wilmington rd from now on & I recommend that for everyone.

Slowest dunkin donuts ever. Drive thru moving slower than molasses. Go inside and staff is too busy chit chatting why theres line out the door and customers waiting everywhere. Waited 20 minutes for a bagel and a small iced coffee. America crawls on dunkin.

This will be the last time I visit this Dunkin. Normally I go to the Shenango or Neshannock location but every so often I have to go to this one. My drink is pretty simple. Hot coffee, cream, and sugar. They always forget the sugar and add way too much cream. Plus their parking lot is too small and you get trapped when the staff takes an excessive amount of time to get you through the drive through.

The service has gotten atrocious!!! They frequently lose or claim to have not received mobile orders. There seems to be no one in charge to address these issues (manager or supervisor of some sort). If their food was not my wife’s favorite, I would never go back!
