Second time here. This is an older-decor Dunkin, I but that’s what we love about it. All of the newer “Dunkin” locations have a colder feel, as if they aren’t finished decorating. This location has generous seating, warm lighting, lots of charging ports and outlets, and are very fast and friendly. This is my new favorite coffee shop in the area.

Put in my mobile order for walk in pick up. It was for an iced coffee. I waited over 20 minutes before I finally said something. They still had not had even begun to make my coffee. I was late to work. I should not have had that happen had they tended to my order in a timely manner. Very upset. Completely unacceptable.

Sometimes food is great others not so much they can’t even toast the toast for the avocado toast. I remember receiving frozen hash browns once. Sometimes stale. Guess it all depends on who is working just like anywhere.

Everytime we go the employees are so rude. We ordered on the app and had to tell three separate employees what we ordered, on top of getting glared at the moment we pulled up to the window. I’ve been in the service industry for most of my life and I’ve never encountered such terrible service. One time they asked me how to make a macchiato too after I ordered it off of their menu lol

For some reason, the two chocolate frosted donuts that I got from the drive thru were placed in the bag upside down, and then clearly pressed into the bag so that all the icing stuck to the bottom. Not cool.

I stop at this place literally twice a week. My son loves Dunkin’s Boston Cream Donuts and I drink a lot of coffee. They are out of all donuts almost every time we go. Yesterday, I ordered a coffee and a Boston cream donut. They were out of Boston cream donuts. How about a Bavarian cream? Out of that too, actually they were out of every kind of donut. We ordered a bottle of lemonade, wait in line 15 mins, pull around and the girl comes over to tell me they’re out of lemonade too. My son ordered a bottle of water, out of that too. He said he is good doesn’t need anything. It took the girl another 10 minutes to figure out how to cash me out. She figured it out, gave me my coffee at which I still thanked her. She rolled her eyes and wouldn’t even acknowledge me.

Everytime I go there something is wrong or made terribly. Place is trash… also found some dirt/grease (not sure actually what it is) on the bottom of a bagel. I’ve worked in food for 20+, never could I be that lackadaisical.
