I would like to give a huge thank you to the team at the Dunkin Donuts on Wilmington Rd. in New Castle. Their service was super. I had a large order for an event I was holding. I came in to pick it up and could see it was an extremely busy time and they had were very organized and quick as well as extremely kind. Kudos to the manager and staff!

Food was edible but they were out of croissants and jelly donuts, so I could not get what I ordered. Service was very slow, even though they were not busy. Plan was to eat in the restaurant, but it was very cold so we took the food home instead.

Every time.. literally every time.. my order is horrible. My coffee never had the same consistency, something is always wrong or undercooked and service is slow. I had the drive thru worker hand me my drinks and ask me if I ordered anything else? Really? Ya, two sandwiches. I got home and of course you can tell they forgot to make the sandwiches and didn’t want to hold up the drive thru so we got untoasted sourdough bread, cold sausage patties and unmelted cold cheese. How is this place SOOO busy all the time? I just don’t get it.

Waited in line behind a guy that had the longest wait for his drinks in history. Finally got up to the window, paid with my card and got my order. The window clerk didn’t give me back my credit card. However I didn’t realize this to my next stop. Had to go back and wait in line to get into the parking lot just yo go inside and get my card back.

Love love dunkin. However…Coffee should not be 4 and 5 bucks a cup. I can buy a whole tub of decaf at the store for the price of 1 glass! Also Mc Donald’s is $1 a cup! It’s a bit much.

They weren’t busy at all there was one person in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and some hash browns and my order was completely wrong. No hash browns and my drink was something completely different. I can’t say I’ll be going back to that particular store any time soon.

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible slow service. For no reason and you wonder why people get upset. You wait 25 minutes in line or at the Oder screen for horrible coffee. I can run a full service restaurant in the amount of time it takes to even put your order in here.
