Since updating the drive thru to two speakers, the speed has slowed down tremendously. Also no one around here seems to know how to drive with the two speakers. If your in the left lane you get to go as well not sit there and let everyone in the right lane go. I literally used to go here daily and now I’m lucky to go once a week because of how long it takes now.

They always have fresh coffee wether you want regular coffee, iced coffee, or frozen latte. They have lots of different kinds and flavors to choose from that you can mix and match to make it your own. Their donuts are always good and taste fresh. They have other menu items like avocado bread that my son loves.

It’s your typical cookie-cutter chain. Zero atmosphere, less than average donuts and food, and they’re usually too busy and under staffed to provide decent service. I prefer May’s Donuts any day of the week. I went to Dunkin’ today and it took an hour to get an average tasting breakfast sandwich (Sheetz is way better in my opinion), some donuts, and a coffee. A complete waste of time and definitely not worth it. Ever since these places started popping up like Dollar Generals it has gotten worse and worse. Support your local bakeries instead.

Words cannot express how much I loathe dual lane drive thrus that are not working properly. I sat at the speaker waiting to order while three cars ordered and went on their way in the other lane. Said “hello” multiple times before someone finally came on to take my order. When I got up to the window I told them it seemed something was not working properly, and explained what happened. The person at the window said “oh”, then proceeded to ask for payment. Not an apology, nor a care in the world.

All of the workers are slow incompetent lazy and overall bad at there job the last 3 orders I have had from there have all been messed up and not even close to the order I made plus I’m still waiting on a refund from over 2 weeks ago because they simply didn’t even give me my food
