This place is slowly declining in service. The evening shift is rude and never get my order right. The guy John and his girlfriend i assume are always very short with me never put my add on in and always wait till the last possible minute to make my order mind you i always order online so my drink will be ready. I hate to say it but i honestly cant wait for Starbucks to open it may be overpriced but at least my drink will be right and ill be treated respectfully.

They have a serious lack in care when it comes to bagging orders my donuts was thrown in the bag no paper wrap to separate them after being told for the fourth order in a row that they are out of apple fritters so I didn’t even get what I wanted and if that wasn’t bad enough my chocolate croissant was burnt and dry barley edible. Just do better

I placed a mobile order from the dunkin’ donuts app, and when I arrived at the store the two employees argued that they didn’t receive it. I showed them my order confirmation and they just told me to “try and get a refund”. Moral of the story, I didn’t get a refund and wasted my time driving there.
