Bought a large French vanilla cappuccino and caramel latte and both tasted like a burnt ashtray. I dont know what y’all got going on in here. I didnt get a receipt and I’m already driving to my destination. Smh y’all need to do better. At least my breakfast sandwich was ok. Whoever making coffee need to change station or clean the equipment.

Terrible. Ordered online with grubhub. Apparently delivery ends at 7:30 on Saturday but I ordered all in advance of that time. The driver called to notify me that they didn’t have anymore donuts. None whatsoever. They close at 9 PM. I seriously doubt that they were completely out. From other reviews, I understand that this location isn’t great and that they’re understaffed but seriously? I didn’t only order donuts I ordered munchkins as well. Luckily grubhub completely refunded me but still, that is terrible service. I just seriously doubt that they were out of everything. Donuts and munchkins? Those are their two main items. Looks like I’ll have to order either much earlier in the day or never at all. So stupid honestly.

Pretty gross all around. The purple hair manager(?) was rude, the young man working the window wasn’t helping at all, the young blond girl barista was the only one doing anything. The purple hair women took my cash and then started labeling cups, but was sticking her finger inside the cups without washing her hands. No one was wearing gloves. Maybe if they weren’t all on the ground?..there must if been 5-6 random filled/ half filled drink everywhere. .My drink was terrible, I threw it away at a gas station on 90 and bought a coffee at McDonald’s

Dunkin’ is my favorite place for coffee. The service is just about always terrific at any location in any state. I have been to many. I frequent the Erie, PA locations, especially on Peach St. The food is very good and there is very little that I haven’t tried. Their donuts are my favorite of any chain restaurant. I recommend Dunkin’ Donuts.

We drove thru and ordered a donut with sprinkles, two multigrain bagels, and one plain bagel with cream cheese. We got to the window they did not give us the donut AT ALL. Gave us just a plain bagel in the bag. We came back around we said you forgot our donut and cream cheese the bagel isn’t even cut. They said oh sure come back. We came back and they CHARGED US FOR THE CREAM CHEESE AND KNIFE TO SPREAD IT!!! They said you can’t have this unless you pay for the extra cream cheese we said it’s not extra you did not give us one to begin with there was no extra they made us pay for their mistake unbelievable….
