Really great Dunkin Donuts. I really love their donut display at this location vs the traditional look. They have the traditional glass case style but a little more modernized. We decided to try the Maple Glaze Donut with an Iced Carmel Craze Latte. 🙂 Tastes just like vacation.

Don’t come here on any weekend there are kids working and not supervised every time I drive by to grab something quick to drink coffee food they always screw up my order. Today when I drove up there was no cars at drive-thru so I pulled up to the speaker I sat there for 5 minutes nothing nobody said a word to me I waited and said is “anybody there?” nothing I said “hello?” then they finally proceeded to say “welcome to Duncan” I got my order of coffee and food got my food everything was fine got my drink however it was overflowed and they shoved a flat lid over it spilling all over my hands and I had to ask for napkins they hand me some no apology shut the window. I proceeded to drive to The Meadows Frozen Custard it’s at the end of the Plaza luckily they had a lid that fit my cup these kids need to be retrained on manners and think a little bit why would I give a customer this coffee that’s dripping everywhere at least clean it up ask for napkins apologize and put a different lid on, a dome lid would have been perfect for the situation or they could have poured out a little bit and put that lid on.

Staff always appear to be working hard but about 50% of the time, there are items missing from my orders and I don’t have time to go back and get the rest. They don’t even make eye contact with customers who pickup so good luck getting anyone’s attention whatsoever if you want your order fixed. They really need to work on accuracy and customer service skills. Food tastes good though!

Ordered from app, entered dead zone in the process, ended up placing order at Clearfield instead of Philipsburg, went thru drive thru in Philipsburg right after placing order. Realized wrong store, called Clearfield, asked if they could hold off on making drinks until I got closer.. was told no, they already made them, and one was a $5 latte, also informed that they would swap out my donut holes for other flavors as they were out of what I ordered! Never offered something else!! Horrible…

During a recent visit to Dunkin’ Donuts, the manager seemed more focused on counting money than taking orders, but after a few minutes, another employee stepped in and provided excellent service. They prepared a delicious cup of coffee and even included two extra munchkins in the order of 10. Despite the initial hiccup, the attentive and helpful staff, along with the bonus treats, made for an overall satisfying experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts branch.

I stop at dunkin every morning for a medium cold brew with blueberry shots. Dunkin Clearfield always the best looking doughnuts and their cold brew is always delicious and dark like it’s supposed to be. Prices have went up but in my opinion it’s still affordable and I don’t mind paying higher prices as long as their employees are seeing wage increases. They deserve it at this location.

Coffee is never the issue. But today and when we stopped Friday, the service was not great. The poor kids today, 2 experience experienced and one training, and they were a little overwhelmed. But they still missed my drink order out of the 3 we had. I watched as 2 in house. And 2 drive thru orders went out before I got mine. The coffee was great though. Just need more help. Friday we went through drive thru and we weren’t asked if we wanted anything else for our order, or even if we want whipped cream or anything. Just a little annoying.
