I’m not sure what the deal is at this location because the service was poor,the staff seemed annoyed to have customers , very few donuts available ,not much of a selection, also making bagels seemed to be a bother to them.

Of course the coffee and food is great, but I’m super impressed with how well this franchise protects their workers and customers since the pandemic hit. I never fear to walk in. They kindly but firmly abide by mandatory face coverings and social distancing, for which I’m grateful. Other places I walk in and know I might have to turn around and walk out. Also–the curbside service is wonderful!!

I would give them a zero if possible. The staff was incredibly rude when we tried to bring in our 4 younger kids today to pick out their donuts as a promised treat for doing so well today. We were all wearing the required masks, but we were 1 person over their ridiculous covid limit. Even another costumer offered to wait outside for their food so the kids could quickly pick their donuts but the staff refused.We are able to enter any other establishment in town as a family, but apparently not there to place a quick order and leave.

I thought I would get a sandwich and surprise my son with some donuts today. I went in and there was one lady waiting for her food … so I stood patiently at the counter. Once she left I still waited and no one came to the register. So I looked around and got their attention over where you pick up your orders. I put my order in and it was prepared quite quickly and when I finished paying it was ready. I then drove home and opened it all up and realized they forgot my sandwich. Which was actually the main reason I went there in the first place. I called them right away and they said I could drive back down and pick up my ham and cheese crossaint. So I drove back down to pick up my sandwich and got home…opened it and they messed it up by adding egg and (even though I specifically said no egg) and burnt both pieces of ham really bad. I could have broken a tooth on the ham if I bit into it without looking at the contents first. I won’t be calling back a second time because obviously there is no point to it. I won’t be going back there again.
