I ordered a small drink with no ice and a jelly. I was charged $1 for not getting ice. At the window, I asked the manager why he charged extra for NO ICE. He replied, “if no ice you get more beverage.” When I got to my car I realized they gave me the wrong flavor donut. I went inside to speak to the manager. He gave me the correct donut and put the incorrect one back on the shelf. We need to boycott these cheap greedy jerks!

We stopped here on our way back to Ohio in mid-July, and this was the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The two men working (yes, only two for both drive-thru and café) were pleasant, efficient, and made our coffees perfectly even considering we came by in the last hour before they closed at 2.

The woman making the coffee I didn’t catch her name was just awful, gave me so much anger for a free cold brew with cold foam. Then she tried to charge me 17 cents because she didn’t add the cold foam originally, honestly if you can avoid this dunkin on your trip do so, staff is not friendly and I wouldn’t trust them making something I’m going to digest again.

This place is SOO bad. The service is terrible. Everyone is so rude at the window IF they acknowledge you at all. They always get your order wrong. I started using the app and ordering 5-10 minutes early and THEY STILL can’t get the order right. They don’t add the extras that you pay extra for and even if you order decaf or no dairy they do not care. The owner or manager is the worst of them all. No wonder they turn around is so high. I am a Dunkin Junky and this is the only one near me :(.

Current owners have run it into the ground to say the least. Little to now stock, inside is dirty and the grounds are not clean or maintained at all. Staff is not friendly or inviting, day old donuts in the middle of the day.

I go there alot and all I see is the Indians siting and on there phones. They make the Americans do all the work and then yell at them if you don’t charge extra witch in my opinion is wrong at that time that’s theft. I will never ever come there again. The Indians do not know food safety. I hope to see this place be shut down because they rip people off and the Indians stole money out of the tip jar and then put it in there pocket. I will make sure to call food safety. They also can’t handle the work.

I went in to order some breakfast and coffee. The young girl at the register didn’t have any emotions towards me coming in. She was hiding behind the donuts on her phone. When I finally ordered, it took 10 minutes to get my food when no one was in the store and 3 people had already gone in the drive through even though I had ordered before them. I then asked for hashbrowns and proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes for them because the other young lady did not send the order to the back. I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know that sometimes it takes a little longer, however, this was ridiculous and took way too long for me being the only person getting food. I had to go up to the young lady to remind her about my order and it came right away. I love dunkin but this experience wasn’t great for my first time being there.
