While the staff is nice, the quality of the drinks is terrible. Recently I ordered a drink that came with cream and the cream had spoiled and turned sour, so I had to throw out the drink. 3 days later, I ordered 2 refreshers through the app and when I arrived, I was told that my order could not be completed because they had no refreshers but I could come back the next day with my receipt and they may have the drinks in. I was able to get refunded for both through the app, but these kinds of things shouldn’t happen. If I could go lower than a 1 star, I would.

New location! I placed a mobile order ahead. The drive thru went relatively fast. It wasn’t until I pulled away I found out I was missing an item. I went in and they apologized and gave me my item. Very nice staff. I saw previous reports about people being on their phones. I didn’t see any of that when I went. They seemed a tad bit unorganized but that’s how it is in the beginning. I’m just happy to have a Dunkin’ 10 minutes from my house.

This place cannot make a good drink. I went inside and asked extremely nicely for them to remake it. Instead of them providing basic customer service they laughed at me, rolled their eyes, whispered about me, and made snarky remarks. Absolutely absurd. I then just handed them back their drink and asked them nicely to throw it away and walked out. Horrible service.

Most Expensive Dunkin in the area by far. I get a frozen coffee and it is $5.89 here and $4.49 everywhere else 24% more expensive and this isn’t the only drink that is more expensive. They just raises prices again on 4/23 when they were already the most expensive.

My husband and I are regulars at this Dunkin. We go every single day. Yesterday, 2/22/22, we ordered online (as we always do) and picked up our order at the window. We drive home and as I’m grabbing my cup to take a sip (I ordered a normal hot coffee), I notice a lip gloss stain and dribble on the lid of my cup. I do not wear lip gloss nor have a taken a sip at this point so I am absolutely disgusted. I take my drink back to the location where the woman owner comes over to me and says “what happened, what’s wrong?”. I explain to her the situation and she says “oh wow, I’m sorry, I’ll remake it for you”. I’m not one to make a scene or cause any inconveniences, but I don’t think an “I’m sorry” with a coffee replacement is good enough. Someone either 1. Drank out of my coffee cup or 2. Accidentally reused a lid or 3. Gave my coffee to someone else who took a sip and returned it; whatever the case may be, this is a HUGE mistake on their part. I contacted corporate and they are currently dealing with this issue, but when corporate asked that location how they resolved the issue, they simply said “we replaced her drink”. The way management handled this was absurb and as a former restaurant manager, someone would be fired. I’m not making this post to get anyone fired, but I want someone to be held accountable. I attached a photo but with the lighting, it is very hard to see the pink glossy lipstick stain, but I promise it’s there. I’ll never be back to this location until they come up with a valid apology. This situation is absolutely disgusting, especially since there is a pandemic occurring. Do better please for me and future customers.

Don’t recommend this place. I am not one to right reviews but I can’t believe you operate a place with so many incompetent employees and on top of that they can’t issue refunds. First time coming inside a Dunking Donuts in ages, ordered from the Kiosk and it let’s me place my order. I normally do it online and if their is no donuts available it won’t let me place the order. Ordered a coffee, a dozen of donuts and some other stuff. They give me my coffee and I sit waiting for the rest of my order. Patiently sitting there thinking they were preparing my order. Ten minutes go by and one of the employee ask me what am I waiting for. They didn’t even looked at the receipt. I told them I am waiting on the donuts and my other stuff. She’s like oh we only have this ones left. I’m like it’s ok, just give me the rest of my stuff and refund me the money. She’s like I can’t give you a refund because my manager is not here and I don’t know how to do so. You can come tomorrow morning and have your refund. Why would I have the inconvenience to come here again just because you don’t know how to do your job. A this point my patience went out the door. She calls someone/manager on the phone and she has her on speaker so I can hear her say why she orders donuts if she sees we don’t have none. Like are you serious now it was my fault. At this point I was ready to snap the sh*t out of these two employees. So she ended up giving me a gift card which I didn’t want because that wasn’t my form of payment but I had no other choice and just left because I can’t deal with stupid.

This place never has a variety of donuts when we come here. They always have only a couple donuts left EVERY TIME. Granted, we don’t go first thing in the morning. However, a donut place should have donuts. This is our third visit for donuts, and it’s always a disappointment for the kids. This is my last visit here.
