Went there last week and the service was brilliant. The lady on the order speaker was clear and it didn’t take long to order my food. I came to the window greeted with smiles and a pleasant conversation while I waited which was not long at all. This place is the place to go to and I’m happy I found my little slice of heaven!

Customer service is horrible, and I asked for an iced latte and they gave me a frozen coffee I told them if they could change it, and they denied us to change the product, we talked to the manager about it and he basically replied “thank you” and closed the window in our face.. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Dunkin’ Donuts location on Union Deposit Rd in Harrisburg, PA. I had ordered a dozen donuts and a bag of bacon, but upon receiving my order, I was handed a bag of old and greasy bacon. When I asked for fresh bacon, the staff member at the window told me that they could not give out hot bacon, which I found to be a ridiculous excuse given that Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the biggest coffee services in America.

Whet through drive thru. This place is always hit or miss. Never know if your drink will be what you ordered or not, it’s not consistent which being a chain that’s something you come to rely on.

I love Dunkin donuts, especially since you can order in the app and just go thru the drive thru or walk-in to get your order. The food is usually hot but sometimes the bagel bites and the biscuit bites are not hot all the way through! The drinks are good and orders are usually prepared the way you asked. The staff is pleasant service is usually fast depending on the line! I also love the Dunkin rewards! I don’t like that you have no way of knowing exactly what donuts are available if you go to the drive thru because you can’t see them.

MR & MRS goes for coffee ☕️ at this location..Dunkin everyday,, the problem is the coffee isn’t consistent… it’s either weak or burned ..oh let’s not forget to mention how it’s but never filled to the line my main issue is I received a call today..I did write a review on them today…so the mangers MATT says he compensated us 15 times what a joke JUST FOR THE WORLD TO KNOW MATT IS A LIER
