I love this Dunkin’ Donuts fr! They can literally do no wrong in my eyes I usually only go for my ice coffee (I get the same one every time) but now I’m trying to get into the food! I love the morning crew at this specific location even when I forget to add certain things to my code like cream or the sugar they always look out for me! This specific day I ordered my usually ice coffee with a croissant bacon egg && cheese they gave me the wrong order which were these taco things! Baby best mistake they could have ever made the taco things were so good!!! They come with a sauce the sauce was piping hot tho so me trying to drive and eat was crazy. None the less I love this place and hope the people stay the same

Terrible service. I got two bagels with extra cream cheese. I heard the person working the cash register say to the guy who was preparing my food twice… twice… to put extra cream cheese on my bagels. I got two bagels that were room temperature and about as crispy as walking by a toaster without using it.

Went in for some donuts a few months ago. One of the workers literally stood at the counter and blew his nose, coughing snottin ect, I left, said I would never go back. Went back a few weeks later, at least 4 of them were standing in a group talking, the girl at the counter asked them a question n no one answered, she asked 4 times until I interjected with her, needless to say, not the best service, but not the worst. Ps if you drink decaf coffee expect it to be cold n not fresh! Anywhere including Starbucks!

The lady took my order in wrong after asking me if I wanted my latte hot or cold… I asked for hot and she put in cold so I had to wait an extra twenty minutes and after I received a small (or medium, doesn’t matter, it wasn’t a large) the staff seemed yo have an attitude, on a plus side, it wasn’t directly towards me but still. Then I get home and my bagel had no cream cheese on it… idc how backed up a line is, if your quality is on this level, fire and rehire… your staff clearly doesn’t care for your businesses rep.. oh wait, i forgot they get a pass since it’s expected of Harrisburg
