This Dunkin’ Donuts and the one in Lancaster are the only 2 I will go to because their drinks are on point and the service is great. the only reason I’m giving this one a 4 star is because i did have an issue with 1 of the employee a couple weeks ago.. I went inside because outside was wrapped around the building and I could see She was busy and she looked at me. And all I said was do guys take cash inside. (Because the one in Lancaster does not because they got robbed. And I didn’t want to stand inside waiting if they didn’t take cash.) And she said “we do but you’re gonna have to wait” in a rude tone.. I didn’t appreciate it. Then after about five more people got behind me is when she came over To take my order, but by that time, i’m already upset and so I was just Like no thank you never mind and I left… So I took a break from DD but have recently started coming back And the lady at the window today was excellent and she even gave my dog a biscuit. Thank you

I never feel super rushed. They have signs in their drive thru Lane that you must have your order and cash ready, and large orders may be asked to come inside. I like that because it means you’re not gonna be stuck in DT if you’re in a rush and just need a caffeine fix.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts since I moved to Waynesboro 5 years ago. For a while, it was just fine. Then I noticed the staff kept changing all the time, and the food and coffee was becoming more subpar. However, the experience I had earlier today took the cake.

Food and coffee is always great but I have sat in the drive through line today for over 20 minutes at this point and haven’t even reached the speaker. This is the worst service I have had here. (Edit: now 30 minutes) I would rather spend my money at Starbucks in Waynesboro than Dunkin.

A clean and comfortable coffee house but be prepared to wait if you’re a walk in customer. Drive thru gets top priority and not the person standing at the counter. Counter intuitive to customer service but whatever.

This place is consistently terrible. The food isn’t great amts are small and way over priced. The chocolate crescent was almost burned and no chocolate inside because old and dry! Never again. I’ve tried but tired of getting sub par food that’s over priced and not filling.

Almost EVERY time I go, my order is rarely correct. My order isn’t difficult. I get a frozen coffee with caramel and blueberry shots, whip, and caramel drizzle. Then order a second one exactly the same way. Today, they hand me one without the drizzle and they aren’t the same color. They put 32 shots of blueberry in one. WHO DOES THAT!?!?
