I had asked for a toasted cream cheese plain bagel. Ordered through the drive-thru. They were busy so I didn’t bother to check to see if they toasted it properly (why would I have to do that?) so I could pull out of the drive-thru sooner.

Nice staff but dirty place. I couldn’t even find a place to sit because the chairs were greasy. There are at least 6 people working back there. And there was no soap dispenser in the men’s bathroom. In the end I just could not buy anything, knowing that the staff are not washing thier hands with soap.

The food is normally always pretty good, which is about the only bright spot for this Dunkin location! However, they constantly screw your order up and then all the teenagers that work in there want to give you an attitude when you tell them that something was wrong, or they missed something. Over the past 2 weeks we’ve had 4 messed up orders after the third time it’s no longer just a mistake it’s a pattern. Maybe the owner should invest in some training of some sort for order accuracy. Their customer service is terrible to be completely honest. I go to Dunkin every day before work and between Hanover and Baltimore this is definitely the worst store. Don’t waste your time if you’re in a hurry either. Just find a different location!

Hours online says they are open until 9pm. I got there around 8:50pm and there was someone picking up their order at the drive thru window. The staff member told me they were closed. I said it isn’t 9pm yet. He said they close at 8:50pm. Obviously that is a lie and he wanted to close earlier. If 8:50pm is the closing time, the website would say that not 9pm. You should not refuse to serve customers before closing time and if you want to close prior to 9pm (which it seems many people have mentioned this location closing at 8:50pm) the hours on the website should be updated. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Local coffee shops are more accommodating than these big chain stores.

For the first time, used my DD app to place an order for 1/2 doz donuts. Arrived about 8 minutes later. The line to order was 8 deep but moved quickly. Before I arrived at the order speaker, I noticed my name was already on the screen. Gave my name and two minutes later I had my fresh delicious donuts. The DD app is the way to go. The experience was smooth and effortless. Highly recommend.

Clearly the staff is overwhelmed and the place is too short-staffed. No one cleaning the floors, wiping down surfaces in between hustling to complete orders. I blame management, not staff.

I am not one to review places. I felt I had to after my awful expierince. I went to this location to talk to one of their employees who was off the clock. We were talking outside of the establishment about a personal matter. One of the on staff employees named Emma came outside and was checking in with us. But instead of just simply checking in she stood there and persisently listened. Even when I told her she didnt need to it didnt seem to phase her. I was unable to talk without her interjecting into my conversation that pertained nothing to her. We were having a calm collected conversation and she told me to leave multiple times. I asked her why and she was unable to give me a good reason. I must have misunderstood that it was indeed not a public space where individuals are forbidden to have conversations becuase thats what it felt like. She even went as far as to threaten to call the cops on me. I told her to go ahead becuase there is no crime being commited. Not to mention her pointing her phone at me to get some kind of “evidence” of my behavior. As this is going on im watching customers akwardly walk by and into the establishment that she should have been woring in but chose to stand outside ans harrass me. I will not be returning as a customer and know of a few other individuals who wont be either due to similar situations deriving from this individual.
