Nurses day free coffee: when I got my receipt there was no discount for the free medium size coffee even though I told him when I ordered that I was a nurse. He told me the transaction was already done. I could get a different coffee otherwise no discount. I didn’t need another coffee as I had already purchased enough for everyone in my family. Again was told it was too late as the transaction was already done. I visit this store every morning Monday through Friday and some weekends as well and have been doing this since this site opened. I will not return to this site.

The service itself wasn’t bad but I noticed when I got home that the sales associate gave me a couple of badly shaped donuts that tasted stale. (You would think of not serving these to customers). All of my chocolate croissants were over done and burned. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times haven’t been the best, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

I ordered 1 donut and 1 small iced coffee , a girl handed me the donut and left. I waited for another 10 minutes until I knocked on the window. They forgot to bring my coffee , I sit there longer and knocked again. She finally handed me my coffee and gave me a mean look. I will never go there again and the people in line probably won’t either.

The staff is terrible. Rude every single time I go there. They have MAYBE one or two employees who aren’t rude and actually greet you. I hate spending my money and will just spend a few extra bucks to be greeted and treated politely over at starbucks.

Hiring manager is extremely unprofessional. Strictly communicated via text message for an interview . Then at last min messaged stating unable to perform interview for unknown reason at that day or time. Rescheduled for the next day, which was fine. Advised me I was hired and I just need to bring my i9 documents. I dropped them off to the store. I have not heard anything back for a couple of days. So I attempted to call and message the hiring manager. She responded back that yes I received your application but unfortunately we are not able to hire you because we already hired someone else with Dunkin experience. I will be escalating this experience to the Pennsylvania labor board so they can investigate their hiring practices.
