The building smelled really bad. The workers were not paying attention to the orders, and one of them was live on TikTok, and just on their phone. The food came out either burnt or not cooked at all. Normally Dunkin is good, but it just isn’t at this location.

Normally I go and it’s good .. lately not at all! I got a coffee and a blueberry muffin, the first coffee was leaking all over the place, take a sip and it’s old burnt coffee (at 630 am on a Sunday morning ) so you know they just opened so I guess I’m drinking last nights coffee .. turn around ask for a fresh cup which I’m sure was just the same coffee dumped in another cup… and my muffin … well I’ll let the pictures speak for that , this is seriously how it was put in my bag … get it together .. bc you lost a customer here

I felt so bad about it but she was so sweet. She made my whole day just by her kindness and her tasty drink Jobs need more people like her she has amazing customer skills & just has a kind soul. This is to Neil Patel the owner , I am frequent customer to all the Dunkins you own and I have to say that whenever your Dunkins are run by Nina ( Manager ) it’s always run right. I order coffee every morning and afternoon, regular and decaf and it’s always hot , fresh and quick.

Don’t know what id do without my Dunkin iced coffee. Service is great, and the people working there are all pretty awesome. Drive thru typically moves pretty quickly. There’s a taller woman with a nose ring who usually works the drive thru, who i would marry in a heartbeat if I could lol she’s got the most amazing personality.

The employees are always awesome no matter which one I go to! They make my perfect caramel crunch latte/frappuccino perfectly every time and my avocado toast is the best all day! Its filthy and dirty. Theres 3 bathrooms, but only one of them are for customers, the other two are for employees. Their bathroom sucks, not only because it locks and you need to get a key from the counter, but because the bathroom in general is disgusting and they had no toilet paper. I didn’t buy any ice cream from Baskin Robbins because I’m not supporting a place that requires me to use napkins as toilet paper because they’re too incompetent to refill it. 2 of my siblings said the ice cream wasn’t good, the other 3 liked there’s. I would go somewhere else.

Staff was nice but workers need more training. Coffee order was made wrong and donut was made with the wrong filling. Ordered a cookie butter donut and it was filled with chocolate filling and got a cookie butter cold brew and had whipped cream and chocolate drizzle instead of the cold foam and cookie toppings. Never going to this location again.
