Dunkin’ has decent drive through speed and friendly staff, but I had one unfortunate experience where the staff dropped my order and credit card on the pavement. It made it difficult to retrieve, which was frustrating.

Love these guys! Consistent fast, quality service. As other reviews have mentioned, the line for the drive thru can get a little long (as all drive through lines do) so I usually just order through the app on my way and it’s ready five minutes later. Parking lot can be a bit difficult to maneuver, so if you hate backing up or drive something large beware.

It troubles me when people leave poor reviews when an establishment first opens. Every opening comes with quirks and learning curves. I patronized this Dunkin today and was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. The store was clean, and modern looking. They even had Chocolate Chip muffins which was shocking as I do not see them in this area often at all. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and that was including getting a hot breakfast sandwich. Like all new openings, it may take time for the staff to feel comfortable, but I am willing to give it a chance. My experience was excellent!

Stopped in this morning for the first expecting a disaster with all of the hype surrounding this opening. I was surprised from the moment I could see the Dunkin’ in the distance. No crazy drive through line pouring into the street as I expected. I had placed a mobile pickup order so I parked and went in. The staff immediately greeted me to help me get my order and it was ready right when I arrived. No issues with crazy crowds, no issues finding a place to park, inside was spotless, and staff was great! So happy to have one close to work!

The newest location in the area and only Dunkin in the area to have Dunkin On Tap. Drive thru lines can get a little long during busy times. They seem to be more efficient than the location in Manhiem on Fruitville as well as the one in East Pete.

Went to this new Dunkin today with my son. We were the only car in the drive thru lane. The worker who waited on us was friendly and courteous. We placed our order, pulled up and paid, but thats where it all went down hill. We waited 8 minutes for 2 frozen carmel coffees. Ok no big deal, new place and new workers. We received our “frozen” coffees that were lacking that frozen consistency and were half liquefied and tasted nothing like Dunkin Frozen Carmel Coffee. Guess that’s why I always chose Dunkin at 1242 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. Will not be returning.
