My 91 year old mother and her friend go most Saturdays at the same time. So they get to the door and it is locked because of short staff. Drive through is open. They go to the drive through and the employees recognize them. The employees said go to the door and they opened just for them and had their regular snacks already sitting on the table. What a great group of employees!!!!

Purchased coffee and donuts for a group project. Order was placed and put together quickly. Parking can be tricky at this location due to the high volume of people going through the drive thru. I highly recommend backing into a spot because you may not have room to back out of your spot.

No matter how many times you repeat your order at the drive thru they ALWAYS get it wrong. And I’m not talking about big orders – usually a bagel and a beverage. Been to a lot of DDs over the years… this one has proven to be most disappointing. Sadly, this is the only Dunks for miles. After the debacle this morning, we won’t be visiting this location again. I would recommend checking your order before driving away from the window.

The boy at the drive through didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt back. I ordered a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwhich. He hand the sandwich in the little box directly to me… usually they put it in a little paper bag with napkins… I go home to open the sandwich, there’s only TWO little pieces of bacon. If you look up the recipe of their sandwhich on their site, it specifically says FIVE half slices of bacon…

This review is less for this specific store and more for Dunkin as a whole. I had placed an order through the app and when I went to pick it up I was told they didn’t have many of the items I had ordered. I asked for my order to just be refunded and was told they could not do that since it was ordered on the app and that I had to contact customer service. I emailed them and sent them everything they had asked for and got nothing back. I tried multiple times and nothing. After a long time of trying to get my refund I am finally told they have contacted management from this store and they will call me directly. How is this supposed to help me when this store told me they couldn’t give me the refund in the first place? Don’t bother ordering with the app unless you want them telling you they’re all out of what you ordered and cannot give you a refund.

I don’t usually do this but I go here and order from here multiple times a week with door dash. It’s honestly hit or miss with the service. Sometimes everything is phenomenal, but there has been a lot of issues at this specific location with no straws, missing items, and just rude customer service. My husband runs a fast food restaurant and I’ve never seen employees act as mean as they do here at times. We totally understand how stressful the industry is and give grace when we can but todays visit was quite upsetting. Might as well just drive over to Marietta at this point.

I used to love Dunkin’ but I went and bought a hot chocolate and when i brought it into the backseat where I was sitting with my son the lid (which wasn’t on properly) popped open and the entire thing spilled on my leg, giving me 4th degree burns. I can’t say I will go back now.
