Service was horrible. Pre-orderd a large frozen coffee for pick up at the drive thru. I got to the intercom and told them I was there to pick up a pre-order, my name and order #.. There were 3 vehicles in front waiting. 5 minutes go by and I ask at the intercom “can I just walk in and get my drink?”. Someone replied “unfortuniatly we are under staffed and it would be quicker to just wait in the drive thru.” More time goes by and I make eye contact with a worker inside. She just shrugs her shoulders, rolled her eyes and stood there. I waited a minimum of 12 minutes before the line started to move. When I finally arrived at the window, i saw 4 workers inside. No one said sorry for the wait or inconvenience. The guy just looked at me like,.. what do you want? I had to repeat my ore-order, name, and order number. Then he just handed me my drink and closed the window.

This Dunkin never has donuts or the ones that I want. It’s incredible my coffee is always pretty good and the service is usually quick and friendly but I’m giving them two stars because for me they never have the donuts I want. And the last two times I went which was within a week they didn’t have any donuts the one time and next didn’t have any glazed or chocolate frosted. And when I did get a donut recently it wasn’t fresh like a Dunkin donut should be.

Awful experience this morning. I wanted to sit in the lobby but the cashier at the counter had an awful attitude towards my wife. Then they messed my drink up and tried to get me to take the mess up instead of what I ordered. When I asked where’s my hot drink while holding this iced thing in my hand she tried telling me that I took that one. No ma’am this is the second drink you said was mine that is not. When I said I want what I ordered and paid for everyone rolled their eyes. This Dunkin makes you feel like a nuisance. I got three doughnuts and two coffee but really I’ve already invested to much personal time complaining so here’s one of it all.
