Went in for half a dozen donuts, ordered them and waited for 20 min with about 6 other people waiting on drinks and what not. Finally gave up on getting my donuts and left for work.. I’ve had poor service here on slow days, don’t expect any service on a relatively busy day.

I have nothing good to say about this place. They advertise a special then dont give it to you unless you specifically ask for it. Then, get 1/2 cup of coffee over a full cup of ice. They charge way too much for the little coffee you get. Crooks

Just used the new kiosk order thing in the lobby and waited twenty minutes for the six donuts we ordered all the workers where in the back laughing and joking around with each other then another customer came in and he stood up front for five- or so minutes before someone even noticed him and came to help him then I went to the counter where they put the drinks and heard the one Worker in the back say really nasty go see what she wants I want my donuts didn’t think that was to much to ask

It’s Dunkin, what’s not to love. Fast and friendly service at this location, although sometimes they’re out of my favorite doughnut (this only happened like twice and I go there at least once a week so not a huge problem.) Always love trying their seasonal beverages!

This place sucks. It’s only good because it is convenient, if you have time drive to the selinsgrove location. I ordered a French vanilla decaf iced coffee and was given caramel, doesn’t even sound the same. I paid for my order and the lady at the window gave me my donuts and said the rest would be out before walking away, dropping her scanner gun, and without giving my change… the employees always act like serving you is such a big hassle. They don’t listen and rush through things. Mind you, I went through the drive thru when no one else was in line. So it wasn’t like they were busy. Will not be using this location any longer. Convenient or not.

Enjoyed the job it was fun being a barista. Couldn’t put up with anymore unnecessary, petty drama. Gossiping constantly about other employees and customers (morning shift) was getting old. Other then that I like the muffins and making frozen coffees.
