My husband and I went in and our coffees weren’t too great. Caramel craze with Oat milk was completely white no coffee and the other contained regular sugar and it was supposed to have liquid. However we drove back and it was fixed but the reason it was wrong at first is because they did the order too fast. It was a mobile order and we waited and as I watched them make it when I received the item I knew it was wrong. We also asked for it to be stirred and the employee told us it was but as you can see in the picture the mixing wasn’t done correct.

We arrived on Sunday at 5:50 pm to place order via Drive Thru. The teenagers inside were busy counting money, closing the place and didn’t take our order. We were told that they are already closed, however, the window poster and Google ad say that on Sunday they are open until 6 pm. Thank you for wasting our time, please update business hours that you are open until 5:30 pm

I came here for a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a free medium latte which was good, but the lady who was taking my order was trying to rush me and wasn’t nice, although this Dunkin is a very good location whenever I want to get a donut or coffee after school. The Dunkin was really busy because of the deal.

Cashier started running trash out in the middle of making our order, so we just left even though because that is disgusting. There were four people on and all we ordered was two coffees and a bagel and we sat there for ten minutes before deciding to leave.

Is there a secret to know if/when the doors will be locked? I live fairly close, ordered online to pick up in store as I was just going to walk. Came to the store and the doors were locked, this was around 11am. The drive thru was open, no one would open the doors nor answer the phone considering I WALKED there to pick up my order, so I had to walk home, get in my car, then wait in the drive thru line to pick up my order. That whole experience was absurd. How is someone supposed to know when ordering on the app for instore pick up that the doors will be locked when they see fit. Clearly they don’t want to deal with instore customers. Disable instore pick up if that is how you are going to choose to do business.
