Tried four times in the past week to order a sandwich and coffee at the drive-thru. Each time was told the same thing, that they don’t have the supplies and they have no workers to make food, only drinks. Most Dunkin’ Donuts are very organized but this one is terrible. It’s not the workers fault. The workers are nice but the owner needs to get on it!

If I could leave 0 stars or a – number I would. My husband went to pick up our breakfast this morning. The man at the window did not speak clearly or wait for my husband to answer him. This resulted in us getting the wrong food. He then got extremely rude with my husband asking, “ I just gave you your food. What do you want?!” We then got the correct order but some of our food was missing. Over $5 worth of food that was paid for and never received.

The drive thru at this place is not the greatest. If you gave a choice between drive thru and picking up inside, pick inside! The cars are seats backed up onto the main road which seems like a bad design. Otherwise this is your normal Dunkin with your normal Dunkin fare.

I have received burned breakfast sandwich’s, the inside isn’t open half the time leading to long lines in the drive through, and have learned to never pay with cash. They never tell the total or offer receipts. I’ve just given up on this place.

I have never had my drink messed up here! The Dunkins near where I live often oops some things (always forgivable and they’re always great at fixing it), but this one has never ever messed up my order, and they just handed me the prettiest pumpkin cream cold brew with like cinnamon or whatever on top, and it’s really making an awful day so much better.

This is a great Dunkin with lots of hard-working and friendly staff. The drive-through line can be a disaster area during peak though, it’s not very well situated for that, traffic can line up down the street! Try to approach it from the same side it’s on, because turning left into the drive through across traffic with that long line the other way is very hard. But if you let someone trying to do that go in, often they will buy your coffee 🙂 Be kind, do good things.

One of the most confusing Dunkin’s in the area. My mom has lost so much money from this place because of their horrible service and uses of the app. They regularly don’t accept mobile orders, and when they do, they remove half the menu so you can’t order practically anything. Half the time they claim they don’t have an espresso machine, or say they’re out of basically every ingredient in the drink you ordered. Last time I wanted to pick up inside from a mobile order, the door was locked. The drive through line was so chaotic and backed up into the street that I never got my order and wasted my money. For the love of God just skip this place and go to the nearest Wawa. It’ll save you time and money.
