WORST PLACE!!!!! never have enough staff, drive thru wait is always atleast 15 mins. Products are ridiculous iced coffee barely any ice and warm. When paying $$ for your order you have an expectation. They need to close their doors until they have better staff, and trained staff on how to make coffee correctly.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Just went and ordered 3 bagels and they gave me 2 bagels and one of them was wrong! When I went back they gave me attitude and still got one of the bagels wrong the second time. By far the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to as well as the worst customer service I have ever had. If I could put negative stars I would they got the order wrong it also took over 10mins to get our food and then when we did it was awful the bacon egg and cheese was so hard I couldn’t even chew it same with the hash browns and the bacon tasted like charcoal the workers are also terrible please fire the whole staff. We also didn’t even order the bacon we received

Waiting in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru is ridiculous for a coffee! There is never anyone working the front counter you just stand there and wait and wait. Nothing is cooked properly everything is either not done frozen or overdone.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money here! The staff is rude and always burns or undercooked the food, and the drinks always are wrong and they constantlt give me regular milk when I have a lactose allergy and asked for oat or almond milk. I tried it here three times and will not be giving it a fourth chance. Go to Taylor Roasted the coffee is amazing, the staff and owner are great and it’s right down the street. AVOID IT HERE.

Best dunkin, staff is so kind despite being short staffed some times there is only one person working and they keep their cool and are extremely nice, management is excellent and ive only had one bad experience here and it was fixed immediately. These reviews seem to just be stuck up people who are impatient and not understanding, the staff may seem tired and annoyed but how would you feel about people constantly screaming, treating and constantly giving rude comments to the workers. It seems everytime I come here there is always customers being rude and saying sparky comments when the employees walk away.
