dear dunkin donuts my name is jonnie ojedis I’m a loyal dunkin member last night I noticed that this location was having an event and giving away free coffee coupons for a year my son and I were planning to attend the event but then he got very sick and we couldn’t come he has special needs he is autistic. So I was wondering if dunkin could do anything for my son since we missed the event. Those free coffees could have been a huge help since he loves dunkin coffee. It’s the location at 215 Hamilton street in Allentown pa could maybe the store see if they have any packets left

This one WAS Great & always very quick even in the Drive-Thru in the morning rush. Friendly staff. Sad tht it Closed down. I thought it was a good location in the plaza especially w/all the traffic ppl tend to beg outside the stores I guess it’s safe to assume besides the a.m. work rush there wasn’t enough $$$ to keep them in business

Poor drive in signage. They thought i cut the line but i followed the other car. Waited 10 minutes. Then was told to go back around to end of a big line. I am 71 and was cold and tired so i cranked out. But cmon. Nope! Customer isnt always right here and just wanted two coffees. 0 stars for no respect for the elderly. Post ur drive in signs clearly plz

I really think comments can help improve, but unfortunately not even a comment could express how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with the service and coffee at this place. The cashier sold us latte and cappuccino as the same thing, the store chooses the amount of sugar in our beverages (super sweet by the way) and finally she throws our donuts in the bag. Not nice at all.

This is a junkie operation. I got a simple iced medium coffee and a sweet tea. Tea tasted 1 week old. Coffee was burnt and didn’t have any sugar even though I requested it. I’ll never understand how coffee can be so difficult to make to order. Also, it’s time for a remodel update. The building is trashed. Sorry I stopped.

The manager is racist who picks on Minors who work underneath her. Today she put her hands in my daughter’s face over a work hat! Multiple employees aren’t wearing hats! I recommend she gets replaced before she makes another huge mistake by disrespecting another minor. That child’s mother might not be as nice as Me!

old lady taking orders was rude and repeated exactly what i ordered but then gave me the complete wrong drink, didn’t give me any form of receipt so i can fill out their survey for poor service, didn’t pick up the phone when i called. by far the worst dunkin in the area
