This place is ok. The 2 Spanish girls are made Kool and are very nice and service Fairly quick . Donuts and coffee is always fresh . Now the older african American lady is very rude and and has a nasty attitude to which is not a good thing to the brand of donkin donuts she doesn’t even smile with the Customer saying hello with a stone cold face is not having good customer service . Not whats Kool about this dunkin donts is that they allow the homeless and the unwanted to have a place t hang out during the winter to keep the less fortunate out the Kool which is really and blessing to alot if ppl . Please u can get food charfu ur phone and have a bathroom available to u. It’s the hoodiest but loved Dunkin donuts of Allentown . I recommend that ppl come in just be ready to see a different side of the spectrum

Since my bus left super early I had an hour to wait for the next one. After being pestered for money, cigarettes and a place to stay by random people outside I thought I would sit inside to wait. The young girl that was working was SITTING ON THE COUNTER chatting with friends! I had to repeat my order 3 times before she understood my simple order. Got my food and found a seat. Some random guy sits down telling me I should give him money for a cell phone!!! After moving to another seat and blasting my music in my ears I could no longer hear him saying I’m rude for not buying him things!!! What a horrible experience!! Clearly no one there cares.

First time coming was cash only, not a huge deal but inconvenient. The only thing decent was the coffee. The donuts were hard and the breakfast sandwich has hard and soaked in grease. I took one bit and had to spit it out.

Place is disgusting. Hispanic lady at counter in the morning is very polite and serves customers quickly but the food is terrible. Whomever ever is cooking in the back needs to be trained properly on how to make the food. Was cold and found hairs in my food one morning. Please fix your service before the Health Department comes walking in there.

I was in this store on 6th and linden yesterday on 4-14-22 this employee named Bhubi he is a very nasty man he made customers leave for he was yelling and screaming at the other employee Erica this isn’t the first time he has done this he is nasty he doesn’t wear gloves he’s been seen picking his nose he doesn’t wear gloves as well when he brings the muffins from the back to put on shelves up front this has to stop he shouldn’t be working here hits very sad to see this happening in this store
