Listen, it’s Dunkin. I’m not expecting much. I regularly would get the bacon egg and cheese croissant. One boy who would make it would make it fine. There’s another guy who just DOESN’T make it right. Three times I’ve gotten it done by him and he’ll throw everything together then toast it, which leads to the croissant being hot but the inside being cold. I had cold chewy bacon on cold watery egg, which was so disgusting that I wouldn’t be able to finish eating.

I’ve been here 2 times in the last month while traveling through the area. The first time the drinks were made incorrectly and tasted of chemicals. The second time the drinks seemed okay until I found both a big fruit fly in my drink and a hair in the very bottom of the cup. I understand things happen but it’s disappointing spending money on drinks and not being able to drink them needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area; I went to buy breakfast for some people who were working in my house and myself. First of all, the white lady who was there was super rude and ghetto, was treating everyone with a bad attitude like girl if you don’t like your job is not our fault I had waited long enough so I didn’t want to leave and when it was my turn she was giving me a hard time because of how I pronounce hazelnut although she understood also she told me that they didn’t serve food at that time and it was 10 am ‍♀️ so I left with the coffees which tasted horrible nothing compared to how it has been prepared for me before in other locations, I always order the same! When I was in the car I see that woman coming out with some guys and she had left the open sign on, I saw other people tried to enter but the door was closed.

This is the 3rd time I have stopped at this Dunkin. I do like it because when I have gone it wasn’t crazy busy so I got my order within a few minutes and left. But this last time I ordered a Large Iced Pumpkin Latte and didn’t notice anything wrong until I looked up and noticed over half the coffee spilled all over my work desk. Went to pick it up and found a huge slice in the cup. Threw out the rest of coffee since it wasn’t worth keeping. Maybe it was just a bad batch of cups, just disappointed.

The staff didn’t seem to know what they’re talking about, when I asked for a hot chocolate extra milk, they first said we don’t put milk in hot chocolate!! okay.. so I really didn’t get the answer.. so I tried to act as polite as I can and repeated the question in a different way, “So what if I need milk on mine?” , he said you gonna have to pay for it. / PS not the 1st time to order that drink from dunkin btw, anyway I said “may I know how much I’ll pay extra for the milk?, he checked his screens and said “actually we don’t charge” , while waiting for my drink a customer came in to pick up her drink and asked for the promo desert that was published with it, the guys had no idea and she had to leave.

Ordered through Uber Eats and got the wrong order, more than 50$ worth missing. Uber driver couldn’t help, I called the store and Uber Eats, couldn’t get through to anyone. Very disappointed.
