The front counter is falling apart and they have a large piece of it leaning. It has exposed screws. It fell on my 1 yr old. The manager doesn’t seem to care. Afterwards I witnessed it fall on an old man. She stated it needs an outside person to fix it and no one should touch it anyways

Place is easy parking, accessible, clean nd well-lit, with many menu choices including all types and sizes of donuts, breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold coffee and teas, plus impulse items in beverage cooler. The bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin beat any chain breakfast item I have tried because it was freshly made on toasted muffin, with a real egg and cheese. No atmosphere but well-maintained and easy to get to.

This location is great 90% of the time. I go here multiple times a week, and they always treat me well, there is however one manager that whenever she’s running a shift, everything goes pear shaped. Orders get messed up, the lobby line goes out the door because nobody checks register for 10 minutes, etc…

Sure I’ll admit I came into this location to see if they had a bathroom I could use. Not from the area and was on foot. I walk in go to the bathroom the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying “Bathrooms for paying customers only.” So I figured they had a key or something. I went to get in line and bought a Power Aid and asked to use the bathroom and if there was a key. The woman working said “Girl I wish the bathroom had a key!” I laughed it off and went back to the bathroom. This time the door was unlocked so I assumed nobody was in there. I open the door and there were two girls in there getting high. I was surprised said Sorry and quickly closed the door. I tried the next door and it was open but the bathroom was disgusting. There was a open box of donuts on the floor, no toilet paper at all, none, someone prolly stole it, the toilet didn’t flush, and there was graffiti all over the walls. I wouldn’t have even used it normally if it hadn’t had been am emergency. Ya definitely don’t have to be a paying customer I guess to use their bathroom either. Not a dunkin I would ever come back to.

I bought 2 lattes but they were a lil on the cold side for my taste. Like my coffee HOT. Went inside and told the employee if he can warm them up for me and for my surprise he made me 2 fresh ones. That’s customer service.
