I usually don’t have issues with this location but today they were really off. After waiting for 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I asked where it was. (I placed a mobile order) They went to check. 5 minutes later I had to ask again because someone else was trying to get nearly the same sandwich after they had just ordered. They were losing everyone’s orders. I don’t expect much, but customers shouldn’t have to keep begging for them to make your food. Some people were asking for refunds after waiting so long. There were also balloons hanging down in front of the pickup area. How hard is it to cut them down?

I stop at the drive-through whenever I can, after a long day at work. I love the caramel swirl coffee, either hot or iced. I’m often met by an employee named Joseph, who always serves me with a friendly greeting and a pleasant demeanor. He always tries to be accommodating late in the day. He makes it a real joy to stop for a small respite on my way home.

The worker that took our order was very nice! There was 5 of us ordering food so there has alot of food ordered (5 sandwiches and 4 coffees). The man in the back threw our bag down and announced “whoever ordered all this food”. I get we all have bad days but no reason to take it out on paying customers.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a caramel latte at this location and it was bitter and made poorly. Perhaps they should consult with the neighboring DD locations and learn how to do it properly. It’s totally unfair to the consumer to purchase a coffee beverage only to have to toss it and waste it. I hope the manager of this DD store pays attention to the reviews and trains his staff accordingly.

The food took over 25 minutes after having to inquire multiple times and told we are very busy. Priority given to drinks and drive thru. Service was very subpar and told while waiting that they were out of croissants but the person after my order was given a croissant so clearly a lie. Manager was completely unfazed by concerns brought to his attention and simply stated we are very busy. Clearly a poor excuse. Atmosphere was very poor with an obvious fly problem and overall upkeep of this Dunkin needs attention. Corporate Dunkin should conduct and inspection on standards that clearly are not being met and the Franchisee apparently has no pulse on the issues at that location. I certainly will not return to this location when traveling.

Absolutely the best Dunkin in the area . The young man with brown hair, who works the night shift on drive-through is the most courteous, polite Worker I’ve ever encountered. I would personally hire him at my own business . Keep him he’s great .
