The food was good. We ordered the chicken wraps. However, one lady at the cash was not friendly at all, even with her staff. She took a wrong order and tried to push back with her comments, but I reminded her about her tone.

This is for the Dunkin’ at 350 Prospect St. East Stroudsburg, PA: I wanted to buy all their cinnamon powdered donuts – there were 4 there. The black girl with the fake eyelashes and attitude would not sell to me all 4. She said she was saving 2 for her friend… This should not have been ALLOWED to happen anywhere. NO customer should be treated this way. This is called Reverse Discrimination. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have yet to hear from them.

Today I stopped at this location to get my early morning breakfast at around 6:15 in the morning. I ordered my usual, croissants, bacon, egg, and cheese and a cup of hazelnut coffee with milk. First, the customer service was unacceptable. I guess they were more worried about their fingernails, than me the customer. Another young lady was busy trying to clock out. I collected my order and drove for about 10 or 15 minutes before I decided to eat my sandwich. I open my sandwich. It was burnt. The bacon was hard, the croissants were so burnt that it was also very hard. Because I drove so long I couldn’t turn back to take it back to the store. I was not happy with the service at all. When I’m driving through Pennsylvania again, I definitely will not stop at this location again.

I ordered two items online today and came to the store on time, however only one item was there. I waited to see if they were still working on it but I could tell someone likely took it. Ignored by 2 associates, finally I got the attention of one who promptly remade my drink no questions asked. Though when I got it back it was 3/4 full with more sweetener than I requested in my previous order and I’m now 10 minutes behind.

Dunkin has fell a long way over the years for that all mighty corporate dollar. Way overpriced for the quality you now get! Not to mention the disorganization in almost every store you stop at. “America runs on Dunkin” …not me anymore.

Barista Akeela makes a great iced caramel macchiato.. Not to mention she has A+ customer service. Always a pleasure service with a smile.. This location has a public restroom, store and gas station with plenty of parking. This location also has a couple of slot machines that actually let you hit jackpots and you can play the lottery.

It WAS the best Dunkin around but recently some management and staff are not helpful with an additude and lame excuses, for member exclusives and freebies not working when my code is scanned! A new sandwich I ordered came on one piece of bread instead of contents between two. PLEASE train your staff. I ordered glazed munchkins, they forgot them with my order; then asked again what flavor they were supposed to be, I received chocolate instead of plain glazed uggghh! Don’t representatives listen?

I visit this Dunkin before work every morning and often in the afternoons. Sadly I have became accustomed to fact that the morning customer service here is terrible at best. I find myself warming my sandwich in the microwave or picking off the burnt parts of my sandwich every morning. Every morning finding myself with a bunch of other disappointed and aggravated customers around me trying to simply get what they ordered. Oddly enough in the afternoons when the morning staff and management are gone the service is very good. This morning they managed to even top their horrible MORNING customer service with incorrectly made orders and either still frozen cold or burnt to a crisp food. This only seems to be an issue with the morning crew. As I stand there waiting 2 to 3x longer this morning than even the normal extended wait time at this store. Also after waiting and seeing other customers behind me come in order and pick up their food as the orders came random and mixed up and wrong. I asked about my order and being able to visually see it had not been started. I asked for a refund because of the even longer than average wait time at this store I was told it was on its way out. I thought to myself why would you lie to a customer who can plainly see you have not even started it. Then I watched them start to make my order after they said it was coming out. When my order came out the employee was rude and threw my sandwich to the pick up area and the cover popped open. My order was not even placed in a bag as it should be or would be at any other Dunkin. The eggs and cheese was still cold and the sourdough cold and not toasted which is normal for this store but at least I didn’t have to pick off the burnt pieces this time. The manager was there during all of this and said nothing regarding the service or the employee throwing my sandwich. If you enjoy Dunkin and expect your order made correct the first time and do not want to have to warm it up or scrape the burnt parts off avoid this store in the morning.
