This is usually my favorite Dunkin but the last 2 days have been not so great. I was skimped on my sandwich twice. The first time they forgot the egg and on my makeup sandwich both egg and cheese were missing and there was no mocha syrup in my iced coffee. I’m hoping the usual manager isn’t permanently gone and is just on vacation or something because when she’s there my order is always perfect.

2nd time .. last time.. they gave me something in my coffee cup the first time that wasn’t what I ordered.. I think it was pumpkin, hate pumpkin.. now we stopped for bagels.. plain not toasted all 3 cream cheese.. they gave us one with butter and didn’t cut the ones with cream cheese but cut the butter one in half .. and for sure the bagels were old ..

The coffee is always made perfect however they don’t wrap the food before putting it into the bag. I get bagels almost all the time and the past 3 times my bagels weren’t wrapped and were just thrown into the bag!!! I’m also Servsafe certified so I know that’s a HUGE no no. Food cannot come in contact with the utensils and butter packets also thrown into the bag, its called cross contamination and places get shut down for these minor errors that can make people sick. It’s a health issue. Anyone who works in the restaurant business knows that isn’t sanitary whatsoever and against many food health and safety guidelines. God knows what those butter packets and wrapped utensils came in contact with before touching my unwrapped food!!

My coffee was perfect. I ordered the new nutty pumpkin latte with oatmilk. They put the perfect amount of oatmlik in my latte. They had several staff working, but most were standing around. One was drinking a coffee behind the counter. There was a issue with the computer on the register and it seemed like no one knew what to do. It was quite disorganized.

This Dunkin’ location has awful customer service and management. One male employee was rude to a previous customers; insisting that the order he made was correct and the customer had ordered it wrong. Meanwhile the manager was sitting in the back, while her two employees were handling at least 10 customers on their own. A customer had to call her out to assist her workers. Customers in line behind me were being served before me; one lady in line even demanded to be serviced before me because she would be late for work and they made her coffee instead of the countless other customers waiting patiently in line. There was one employee in the building who was working very hard and had excellent customer service. Despite this I waited for 2 iced coffees for 20 minutes when there were only 3 customers in front of me. And the other young women in front of me was still waiting when I left.
