Portland PA beware especially the manager is super rude she needs to understand that customers are right !!!!!! The worst place they are rude !!!!! don’t know how to make coffee! & they mix’s Soap water in your coffee beware you will get sick you probably end up in the hospital place is super dirty & sneezing all over everything in there if you want to get Covid they don’t even wear gloves touching your food this place is absolutely disgusting

I had to edit this review. We have “tried” this DD again, in fact two more times since a bad experience and both visits were perfect. Hot coffee, great breakfast sandwiches and the workers were pleasant and appreciated the tip. Not sure if it was just an off day but I can recommend this location now.

Ordered our order at the window with difficulty as the employee seemed either new or preoccupied. Get to the window and no one was there, we could see them outside talking. Finally they come in and my husband asked the girl what took so long she said she was on break!!!! I said you have customers in line waiting and you’re on break? Long story short she argued and slammed the window shut . Very poor way of treating children customers.

Coffee ordered on the app at 6:26, I waited 10 minutes before I left to pick it up, I wanted to pick my coffee up inside but the option to pick up inside is NEVER able to be pressed, there’s a line of cars all the way to the dumpster, I park and go inside. I stand where you pick your beverage up, someone said ‘hi’ as they walked by. Another minute or 2 goes by, someone acknowledges me, I tell them I’m here to pick up, and give my name… my drink hasn’t even been started yet and by now it’s been almost 20 minutes… another 4 or so minutes goes by and I’m given my drink. I let the girl know I came inside to try and save time because I ordered 20 minutes ago and I thought for sure it would have been done, but the cars in the drive thru LEFT BEFORE I DID!!!! I’ve spoken to the manager, for about a month after, the coffee was mostly correct, only like 5 times that month did I have to return my drink because it was missing caramel, sugar, espresso, and one time for my hot macchiato I was handed an ice cold cup of milk!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! (There are 2 girls who make my coffee correctly every single time, I’m thankful for them. But EVERYONE working there should know how to make all the drinks, is that not common sense?? My coffee should T be wrong because the only 2 people who make it correctly have a day off.)

If I could give this company any less than one star I would. The employees are rude and disrespectful as well as management and they fire you for doing your job correctly. If you do decide to go to this Dunkin keep in mind you will be getting old donuts and either burnt or old sandwiches. This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve had to go to. Also they have no customer service and could care less about their employees. If you want year old cheese and year old croissants head over to this Dunkin and enjoy and if you believe that anyone here cares about you your family or the health of your loved ones then you’re sadly mistaken and I want to let you know they could care less…….
