There was one customer ahead of us at 12 noon, when the place was not busy. The server helped him, looked at us and then called someone from the back “to come help yeh next customer”. We waited a good 6-8 minutes while this person who called for help was busy hanging out with someone else, chatting away. When the person from the back showed up, I and my family were shocked to see that it was a south Asian girl. So basically the person who was already there saw us, south Asians, and instead of helping us, called another south Asian. Our server was kind but this is blatant discrimination. The place was unkempt, dirty tables, dirty chairs. Super disappointment!

We placed two on the go orders. We waited 20 minutes on the drive thru. When I said something to the girl at the window, she gave me a very nasty reply. Plus she shorted us two drinks, which we had to wait longer for. Then she forgot to put the whipped cream on then. I am so dissatisfied with this location. Might not be going there again. And I’m also yelling friends not to go there also.

Very poor customer service and very poor sense of urgency. 5 people behind the counter walking around aimlessly, waited 10 minutes on line with one person ahead of me, 15 minutes for a coffee and donut. Floors were disgusting. Counters sticky and a mess. No sense of pride at all. Very disappointed, used to be a very clean, friendly and efficient place of business. Alot has changed and not for the better.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for any business. Ignored at the drive thru at 8:53pm. After a few minutes I decided to go inside and found the doors locked. Noticed people inside so I checked to see closing and to my surprise it was 9pm closing time. Please just change the closing time to 8:50. Back to the highway to find another coffee establishment.

I can’t believe that the owner of this franchise has this disgusting place open. There employees and the place itself is Repulsive. I suggest and recommend that they have the health dept visit them and close it down. The floor of the place is disgusting. There is a worker there that has his pants to his knees and showing his black underwear. I’ve never been in such a dirty place. That I was going to get a coffee and ran out. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place .

The food is right about 75% of the time. But almost everytime I say thank you or have a good day they just stare at me. Today was my last straw. I said thank you as she shoved the food bag and drink at me and just looked at me. It’s really not that hard to say you’re welcome or at least smile.

Employee Anisa, who took orders and handled window was rude, ignorant and just plain mean. Rushed my order at the speaker, continued to throw my change at me in the window and then proceeded to tell me how “I had an attitude when we are both human”. I come here 3-5 times a week and never in my life have had this problem with any other employee. This girl does NOT belong working in customer service.
